Didn't know what to expect for the small price I paid. Took these to my audiologist and she said she was very impressed with the quality and sound. Good power and excellent sound quality, easy to use and good life on charges. Will definitely buy again if needed.

My hearing had gradually decreased and I decided it’s time to get hearing aids this year. Tried a few pricey brands, but they sucked. One was almost $1000 and sounded terrible, with constant noise. Gave them back in a week. Then I got these hearing aids, and wow, they're the best! Sound is clear, no annoying noise. Wanted to hear conversations without asking folks to repeat, and these work perfect. TV volume is down to half now. If you’re looking to amplify EVERY SOUND around you then these are what you need. For me, I struggle to hear conversations when there is any background noise at all so these don’t help as they amplify the background noise too. I do not recommend them if you have the same problem as me.

I bought these as back-up for another setup but have started using them as the first line. Since they are new and I haven't got a lot of experience with them as yet, I'll be updating this review as time goes on. For now, they work pretty well. Sound quality is good but the volume control can get a bit touchy, so only 4 on that one. That may change as I get more familiar with the product. Same for the comfort. Getting the right fit on the ear-dome has been a bit of a challenge...probably just my ears but everyone should know the facts. All in all, though, they are a quality buy. Will be back for updates. Update. Once I got the domes fitted properly, the volume problem seemed to disappear. Over all, these are good quality and I can recommend them for anyone needing a hearing aid for light to moderate loss. ... show more
