I just received my Romeo Pro and have had the opportunity for one ride so far. Everything has gone like clock work. Shipped immediately, traveled accross the US and arrived with no issues. Very easy to assemble. The frame, wheel, seat and all parts are good quality. Sharp looking bike! I've had nothing but good comments from strangers. Handles well, solid ride. The moped style seat is much more comfortable for me. I am 5' 9", 165 lbs. I've been primarily riding my fat tire trike for over 6 years and do not care to sit on a regular bicycle seat for more than 45 minutes or so. 18 mile trip, 6 miles on the beach sand, used 25% of the battery. No battery anxiety here. Averaged 19.5 mph, cruised at 35 mph on flat ground no problem. Very happy with my purchase. Customer service Freya is there when you have questions. I've bought five e-bikes over the last three years and found them all lacking in ride, handling and range. Finally found one that ticks all the boxes, the Eahora Romeo. I live on a huge ranch in SW Texas and it it a 50 mile trip to the nearest little town. There are also two sizeable hills to get over there and back. It is 14 miles round trip to the mailboxes on the highway, and 24 mile round trip to church on Sunday. I have ridden four times to have lunch in the little town, and pick up a few things at the country store four times in the last couple of weeks and got back with over 50% left in the huge battery! Twice to church over both paved and rough gravel road and the handling and ride is the best of all the bikes I have ridden. I love this bike! It is fast, with a tail wind and slight downgrade I have gotten up to over 40 mph, 35 is usual without peddling with thumb throttle on level 5. Plenty of power for the hills. I usually travel at an average of 25 mph on long trips which is peddle assist level 2. There are five levels. On downgrades on a long trip to town on the hwy I use level three which is the highest level at which you can easily keep up with the motor. I like a lot of the little quality details like stop light and turn signals in the rear, good adjustable shocks and springs front and rear, better quality tires that are more puncture proof than the ones I've had in the past, an extensive menu with lots of tweaks you can make, excellent hydraulic disk brakes front and rear, stronger charger for relatively quick recharges. I charge it off solar so it is saving me a LOT on gas. The headlight is large and very bright. It got delivered in only 3 days! It was pretty easy to put together by myself and came with a nice little toolkit that I take with me on rides. Customer service was responsive and helpful. If I could change anything I would want the seat and handlebar height to be adjustable, The seat was a little hard on long trips so added a memory foam pad as shown. Also the odometer reset whenever you tried to reset the trip mileage. They told me I would have to buy another control display unit or get some kind of app to change the trip without changing the total mileage and I don't use a smart phone. I made the rear carrier rack myself as you can see in the photos. I think the price is quite good for what you get, I've seen bikes with a far higher price and without the range or speed of this one. I added a photo of the free handlebar bag my customer service rep Freya sent me. One of the nice things about this bike is that they don't just hand you off to whoever is available, but Freya was in contact with me all the way to answer questions and make sure I was happy with my bike. ... show more

I can not return because the company does not send the prepaid label. I received the e-bike on June 21st and started the return process the next day because the bike is so heavy that I can not put it on my car rack, also the pedal is very hard. It came without the rear basket and I really do not want to keep it. It’s very expensive to send it back. I need the prepaid label to return it. Amazon please help Because the company does not answering my request. Thanks ... show more

I love my e-bike the eahora Romeo pro! I got the bike in the mail before it was supposed arrive and the packaging was in good shape there was no damage with the bike and all the parts have to be installed come with directions and it's put together real easy and even comes with all the necessary tools in tool kit. I've put over 1000 miles on my bike in a couple months. I had a problem with the bike and I got ahold of the technical department @ Eahora and the staff are very polite and haven't no problems sending me the parts I need to solve the issues. as soon as they seen that I sent a picture and video they promptly sent what I needed to fix my bike and it only took 7 working days. the bike rides great and I am always riding with no hands with cruise control set and I can go 33mph for a long time. I average speed in a 1000 miles is 22mph it's plenty fast enough to get you where u need to go with lots of power. I ride with a passenger and together weight over 300 pounds plus what we carry in our backpacks and the E-bike does fantastic up hills and going down hills it gets over 40mph at times. I pull a trailer as it's like it's not there over all the bike is a good well built good welds strong and sturdy with suspension that soaks up the bumps with ease because of the customer service I recommend if you like the looks of motorcycle style e-bikes and need to go over 100 miles no problem on a charge then this is a great bike and it's definitely worth the money spent in no time it pays for itself for lack of fuel and insurance or DL, legally cruise to work in style on a new Eahora Romeo Pro E-bike it's Even A Great Investment able to save you tons of 🤑💰 ... show more
