I bought this Romeo Pro ebike off Amazon after doing a lot of research about ebikes. I found that the eAhora Romeo Pro had all the quality features that I could possibly want, above all other ebikes I researched. When I received my 2 boxes, (the front wheel was shipped separate.) I opened the boxes and found that the contents had survived the rigors of shipping. The bike was around 97% assembled. There were a few things I had to assemble myself, such as the motorcycle style headlight, pedals, front wheel and the rear shock. While assembling th shock I noticed that the tail light (which also has turn signals and brake light) was not attached to its mount. I looked all over and I never did find any bolts to mount it with. The tail light is mounted with specialized screws made just for this tail light. I right away emailed Amazon eAhora customer service at amazon@eahoraebike.com stating my problem. Within a matter of HOURS I received a reply requesting my shipping address, phone number and a picture of the serial number. Some people have a problem finding the serial number so I included a picture of the location on the bike where it is at. It is under the front of the seat engraved with the number on a small piece of metal welded to the frame. I sent them the information they requested and 6 days later I had the screws for my rear tail light. Problem solved. The features that really sold me on this ebike was the 100 mile capacity between charges. The 4 piston hydraulic disk brakes are great. The full suspension is nice and I like the saddle. Sure beats those little seats. This bike is loaded with high quality features. It is kind of heavy which is a great testament to the quality overall of this bike. It is made with carbon steel instead of aluminum. 26 inch fat tires is also nice. There are many great features that this bike offers. Check out eahora webpage. The bike is listed on Amazon with plenty of information about all the high quality features. I am glad I purchased this bike. It serves me well. This is by far the best eBike I've ever purchased and I've had quite a few. The motor is powerful and responsive. The frame is very well built. The ride is smooth, considering how heavy it is. The weight while cumbersome, is actually a benefit while riding. I never feel like I'm floating on top of the road, as is the case with much lighter bikes. It is an absolute joy to ride. I commute to and from work on this, so I ride on a lot of fairly busy streets. The tail light and blinkers add an extra layer of visibility so cars can easily see me. It is definitely a head turner. I was on the trails today and got a lot of compliments. I added some mirrors so I can see behind me without turning my head around. The only complaint I really have is the seat is not very soft. I have a boney butt, so after 20 miles on the trails today, my butt was a little sore. I can fix that with a seat cushion. Also, the rear fender isn't very long, so you will get moisture hitting the back of the seat and your backside. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and I very highly recommend. UPDATE: I was sent a newer model saddle by Pamela. It is a little better than the original saddle, but I still recommend a cushion if you're riding for extended periods of time. ... show more

    • Gorgeous, powerful ebike!
I did a lot of research before choosing this badass beautiful beast. I looked in local bike shops as well and didn't see anything that really stood out. Admittedly the name played a significant role in my decision, as my name is Juliet haha. I was a bit concerned that it needed some assembly, and the manual leaves out some details plus wasn't entirely accurate for the pro model. It comes with tools, however, you'll want to use an electric drill instead if you have it. With that being said, it was super easy to assemble and figure everything out. The battery is 60% charged and you'll need to put air in the tires. I have an electric pump which really came in handy! I used to ride motorcycles many years ago, so I confidently jumped on this and it took off with WAY more power than I was expecting WOW!! So I immediately parked it and came inside to order a helmet lol. This bike is everything I wanted and more! Oh, and Pamela in customer service is fantastic! ... show more

This is probably the best ebike for under $2000. Superior range and good quality. I got the Romeo, not the pro model and it goes about 32mph and I weigh 145lbs. The battery is huge and I went about 10 miles on pure throttle and never lost a bar. The suspension will need to be lessened for a lighter person. I'm 5'5 and can tip toe at a stand still. It's definitely more on the side of an electric motorcycle than an electric bicycle. Super fun and very head turning bike. ***UPDATE*** After having this bike for a month and riding about 300 miles, I am still happy with it. I put new tires on and they're great. It seems that these bikes come with a few variations. I got a half twist throttle but I've seen pictures with a thumb throttle. The disc brake rotors that came with my bike are thicker than normal by 2 or 3 mm and I've seen pictures with regular ones. One complaint is the rear fender was loose and when I tightened it now it's crooked. Other than that I would still recommend. ... show more

My very first impression this is not a bicycle. First time owner of an e-bike. Lots of get up and go a little squirrely at times but I'm still getting used to it. Overall my thoughts are it's a little too heavy and not easy to maneuver also this makes it slower to stop. But it will definitely go with no problem up hills and over terrain. Should be able to take me to and from work without any problem. I wish you were made out of aluminum or maybe carbon fiber instead to give it less weight. ... show more

So far the bike has been great! It looks sharp and drives really nice. I thought it would be hard to peddle without assist because of how big it is but it is actually really easy. Will have to test it off road alittle more but so far so good!
