I bought this Romeo Pro ebike off Amazon after doing a lot of research about ebikes. I found that the eAhora Romero Pro had all the quality features that I could possibly want, above all the other ebikes I researched thanks dad!! When we received the packages I open the boxes found that the contents had survived the rigors of shipping (the front wheel was shipped separate) The ebike was 97% assembled. There were a few things I had to assemble myself, such as the motorcycle style headlight,pedals, front wheel and the rear shock. The tail light is mounted with specialized screws made just for this tail light. The features that really sold me on this ebike was the 100 mile capacity between charges. The four piston hydraulic disk brakes are great. The suspension is nice and I like the saddle seat this ebike is loaded with high quality features. It's made with carbon steel of aluminum,26 inch fat tires is also nice. There are many features this ebike offers.eAhora webpage.     • EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
If you are considering purchasing the eAhora Romeo Pro II, here is our experience that may be helpful when trying to decide. Overall the Romero Pro II is a very nice e-bike. It has a powerful battery and my husband said it is well built. It was fairly easy to assemble. However my husband and I are both on the shorter side. I’m 5’3” and my husband is 5”10”. I could not touch the ground, and it was uncomfortable for my husband as well. The Amazon photos are not a good representation of the style and size of these e-bikes. In the photos they look smaller and the seats look lower than the handlebars but actually the seat and handlebars are pretty much the same height and the seat is not adjustable. It’s a true mountain bike style and you do lean over a lot. These bikes are heavy. Each one weights 150lbs. I thought I read the description before I made our purchase but I guess not good enough. Since these bikes would not work for us, we decided to return them. At first we contacted Amazon, and found that since eAhora is a third party seller we needed to go through eAhora customer service. We requested a return label for them to be picked up and returned. In order to get a pick-up return label it cost $550. I understand, it is expensive due to the weight. And, because our reason for returning was a personal reason and the product was not defective we needed to pay for the cost of the return. Keep in mind when purchasing these bikes, they are heavy and tall. Even though we had to bear the cost of returning these e-bikes, it was very nice dealing with Bruce at eAhora customer service. He was so kind and very pleasant. He communicated regularly to keep us informed during the return process. Even at first when waiting for our bikes to be delivered, the rear baskets that came with the bikes were delayed, so for the inconvenience Bruce sent us two canvas bags for the back of the bikes which I was planning on sending back with the the e-bikes but Bruce said to keep them, he suggested we can use them on the next bikes we get. All and all, besides having to pay the $550. Bruce made this whole stressful situation easy to except. Thank you Bruce! When the bike was delivered, it was damaged during shipping. I contacted the seller and they sent damaged parts out immediately. Great service! The bike is fast and very comfortable. A very stable ride with the full suspension. Awesome bike!

I bought this Romeo Pro ebike off Amazon after doing a lot of research about ebikes. I found that the eAhora Romeo Pro had all the quality features that I could possibly want, above all other ebikes I researched. When I received my 2 boxes, (the front wheel was shipped separate.) I opened the boxes and found that the contents had survived the rigors of shipping. The bike was around 97% assembled. There were a few things I had to assemble myself, such as the motorcycle style headlight, pedals, front wheel and the rear shock. While assembling th shock I noticed that the tail light (which also has turn signals and brake light) was not attached to its mount. I looked all over and I never did find any bolts to mount it with. The tail light is mounted with specialized screws made just for this tail light. I right away emailed Amazon eAhora customer service at amazon@eahoraebike.com stating my problem. Within a matter of HOURS I received a reply requesting my shipping address, phone number and a picture of the serial number. Some people have a problem finding the serial number so I included a picture of the location on the bike where it is at. It is under the front of the seat engraved with the number on a small piece of metal welded to the frame. I sent them the information they requested and 6 days later I had the screws for my rear tail light. Problem solved. The features that really sold me on this ebike was the 100 mile capacity between charges. The 4 piston hydraulic disk brakes are great. The full suspension is nice and I like the saddle. Sure beats those little seats. This bike is loaded with high quality features. It is kind of heavy which is a great testament to the quality overall of this bike. It is made with carbon steel instead of aluminum. 26 inch fat tires is also nice. There are many great features that this bike offers. Check out eahora webpage.
