Bought and rode bike 8 miles. Got speed shakes about 28mph and found fork nuts not fully tightened. This made me question the integrity of the bike and it's frame, so I triggered my return. Que the nightmare. Eahora would try anything and everything to sway me from returning the bike. They would go off of Amazon platform to make it look like I was not responding. They refused to answer basic questions like what their hours of operation are? Once i FINALLY got that information, 2 months later, I scheduled the freight delivery and returned the bike. They accepted the bike and then wrote that they were charging me a 25% depreciation fee, a shopping $700 plus some $200 cleaning fee? That'd be about $400 an hour to clean! That's insane. This company is trash and treats their customers like piggy banks while sending out unsafe products. I wouldn't but water from them if I were on fire. ... show more
