Size : wide feet, size 11 us. Pro: 1) true fit 2) waterproof 3) fur lined in the soles keep feet warm. Dont need thick socks. Can be worn barefoot but won't recommend. 4) velcro straps have to keep the feet snugged and not too tight. 5) soles were good at gripping the snow and wet spots with out slipping. Cons: 1) not slip on. (Hurts the metatarsal if you try to slip on but the velcro straps can be undone quickly to somewhat slip into the shoes) 2) decorative stitching on one of the lines is already coming off (pic) but it doesn't affect the shoe. 3) doesn't have an outer shell, so dont use it for rugged hiking. 4) no heel support or padding. I recommend getting a thin heel support. 5) velcro straps need to be strapped on correctly or else the shoe can be loose. I had been wearing Merrell chameleons for a long time but I tend to wear them down dur to excessive use all year round. So I was looking for a cheaper pair of shoes that are slip on and is durable enough for the winter months for dog walking but not for clearing snow or deep snow. These shoes were attractive and what sold me on these were the waterproof features and fur lined for warmth. I bought the pair at size 11 and it does fit. I had wore these during the winter months in Buffalo, mostly for walking the dog and sometimes clearing the snow. I noticed that there was no padding or support in the shoes and walking around in them cause discomfort. I remedied this by adding a Dr scholl heel insert which makes the shoe more snug but not too tight. The fur lined shoes and soft outer shell make a good combination for keeping feet dry and warm. I dont like wearing thick socks so the pair of socks that I wear was thin but the shoes kept them warm and dry. I wouldn't recommend hiking in these shoes or doing something that are intensive like clearing deep snow. Although the decorative stitching is coming out, it doesn't seem to tamper with the shell. So I can live with this. Do not attempt to try and wear this as a slip on. It is difficult to put on with the velcro straps on. I tried to do this and it hurt my metatarsal, but I got around it by simply undoing the metatarsal, quickly put them on and then strapping them for a better fit. The outer shell is not strong enough for a slip on, but this is not a deal breaker. The treading on the shoes does not seem to be made out of rubber so I m hoping that it will last much longer. I will let storing these away for the no winter months to make sure they last as long as they can. I had stepped into big puddles and about 6 inches to snow and they had kept feet dry and warm. I would recommend these shoes as a good alternative light winter shoes and they had served me well for the past winter. Looking forward to wearing these when the snow returns. ... show more

I really wanted a slipper I could wear out in the yard rather than having to put on a heavy duty shoe or boot. It rains a lot here in Portland, and I cross the grassy yard almost every day to tend to the bird baths and feeders. The grass is often covered in dew if not just wet from rain. Tired of always ending up with wet slippers I figured I'd try these out with their claim to be water proof, I also liked that the slipper covered the heel area, are light weight yet not too heavy or too thin. And they don't look like nasty Crocs! After doing my yard duties I checked the inside of the slippers and sure enough they were wet in the toe area on the inside of both slippers. There was only dew on the grass and I walked no more than 40 feet through the short grass upon testing. The uppers and canvas material did bead the water off, but the seam where the material glues into the rubber sole around the toe is not applied thick enough, and that's where the water seeps in. I sprayed a ton of water proofing on them hoping it'd seep into the cracks but it didn't help. I'm about ready to get some shoe goo to repaint the seam between the material and toe sole area to really block out the water. Only the toe area gets wet on the inside, the rest of the slippers stay dry, even on longer walks in the wet grass. Otherwise they're a decent outdoor slipper. Water resistant, not water proof. Light weight, flexible and medium duty warm. They fit true to size, I always order one size up as I prefer a looser fit, especially if wearing socks. There is no arch and if you wear them barefoot the stretchy material on the upper sides can rub against the top sides or your feet, a little break in time usually helps remedy this. With socks on they are plenty cozy and warm with no irritation or discomfort. The soles are medium thick so they shouldn't wear out too quickly and the tread pattern doesn't trap in a bunch of dirt and gravel. Estimated shipping was for several weeks out but they arrived within a week. They came pretty squished and folded flat, wearing them a few times will get rid of the folds lines. ... show more

These are very warm and cozy boots that feel like slippers. I felt like I was in my house slippers at work they are that comfy and warm. These are what I consider minimalist boots with no arch support if you’re looking for that. I like that, but not all people do. I fell into the trap of water resistance. They are to a point. 3 weeks in I stepped into a slush puddle and a small amount of water seeped in through the worn stitching on my pinky toe after wearing them practically every day. This was after several weeks of rain and snow and they performed fairly well. Kept my feet warm in the cold as long as I was moving. They fit just as expected. Plenty of room for the toes when I got the wide version since I have wide feet. There’s a little room on the inside and my feet do move around in them so they aren’t snug, but that’s fine for me. Overall a good product. I just wish the stitching held up longer, but at $40 when I purchased them, that’s a great deal. ... show more
