I am extremely pleased with this greenhouse. For these reasons: 1-Putting it up was fast and easy. My husband and I pulled the legs apart from opposite corners, put the center pole in place, & velcroed the plastic cover to the legs in 15 minutes. 2-I have the 8’x12’ house. It held all my potted plants including my tall plumerias. I did buy a plastic utility shelves unit. I had two 5x2x3” shelves. It holds a large amount of plants. 3-it was efficient in holding heat. I bought the greenhouse heater that Amazon recommended based on purchases by people who bought this product. I also placed a small space heater inside. When temperatures dropped to 12 degrees F & 9” of snow fell, with these two heaters, this greenhouse held a stead 40 degree F temperature. 4-It is well ventilated & easy to move things inside. It has two zip-up flap doors in the front and back and two zip flap windows. 5-It is sturdy. 9 inches of snow fell on it & we had windy nights. I did place a edging brick by each leg. 6-it can be stored without taking up a lot of space. ... show more

This greenhouse was incredibly easy to set up, especially for two people. The ties and stakes included made it feel sturdy and secure, but we added about 14 cinder blocks all around because we were unable to bury the sides in the ground, although I could see why that would be ideal. I bought it for winter protection so I was preparing for winds. We had about 6 hours of 35-40 mph winds and only the sides flapped. The primary frame did not sway at all. I used a heater with a thermostat that I could monitor on my phone and the temperature stayed 10-30 degrees above the temperature outside. Height was easily adjusted and no tools were needed for setup. It also did well with 6-8 inches of snow on the roof. Great value and perfect size for beginning gardeners. ... show more

It was easy to setup and I love that it’s not too big nor too small. The cover is thick and strong. It helps keep the plants warm with the help of heater during the night. Even during frosts, the plants stay warm and healthy. The zippers seem to be good quality. I wish there was an easier way to secure it when setting it on concrete. It is definitely geared to be installed on the ground so you can stake it all down. Also, I wish there was a better way to seal the bottom instead of using rocks (I used left over tiles). My biggest wish would is that it came with shelving like some others. But for the price, I am guessing the trade off is better quality. But, overall, I am happy with it and glad I got it. ... show more

We wanted to use this as a mini greenhouse on our elevated back deck (so air can come up between the planks below it). We live in central Texas, so winters are not bitter cold but a few single-digit nights are possible. So we set it up on the deck and used wire to secure the feet to the planks. Then we put and old blanket inside it between the top of the frame and the green plastic. Lastly, we lined it with cheap, thin plastic from an old painting tarp. All measures were to help it retain heat. Lastly, we put two low-power reptile warming lights in it at the bottom with ceramic heating elements (instead of lights). Collectively it worked well and kept the inside about 15 - 20 degrees warmer than outside most nights. Windy nights it was only about 10 degrees warmer because the wind could force air in and out of it via the gaps between the deck planks. Next year we might put a tarp down on the bottom first. In the spring, we bought a cheap ($25) zip-up bag from Amazon, and we broke it all down, cleaned it, dried it, and then put it in the bag, and put the bag in the shed for the summer. Pretty good little kit by the time we got it all the way we wanted it. The tent itself is pretty sturdy and functional. It will not survive strong winds without supports, so factor that into your planning. Otherwise, all very good. ... show more

The greenhouse is an amazing product and I love the design. It was easy to set up - less than 15 minutes. No assembly, just expand like a canopy tent. From an engineering design perspective, it is well built and it comes with anchor spikes for "legs" and tie-down ropes to secure. Has several screens that can be opened to allow fresh air. The posts are adjustable to raise the height but mine is not extended and there is still room inside to stand up. With one small heater and thermostat, it kept the inside of the greenhouse between 60 -75 degrees, while outside was 38 degrees overnight. Highly recommend this greenhouse. ... show more

Good greenhouse for a small amount of money. I bought this for a doggie winter restroom and it works fine for that. Perfect size for what I need. Material is thick enough that it stops the wind and prevents snow from entering. Seems a little flexible but it hasn’t got super cold yet. I do recommend going out and knocking the snow off so it doesn’t add too much weight to the top, just to be on the safe side. ... show more
