  • Holly cow, Batman, this thing can fly!
Takes about 30 seconds to take it out of the box, install the horiz stablilzers and add a battery: bind and go. It goes from a docile trainer to glider to a hold-on-to-your seat wild ride. Just a click of a switch gets you into safe mode and it will gently land at your feet. Wow! fun-fun-fun.

  • Low Voltage Cutoff is Poorly Designed
I have got this stuck in a tree once. The low voltage cutoff does not work. After less than 24 hours I retrieved it with the battery dead and the esc bricked. I emailed the company and received a replacement. Second time I didn't even get it stuck, I just didn't use the plane over winter, and came back to the esc flashing a red light without binding to my transmitter. The ESCs are on backorder all the time and so far the company has not emailed me back with directions on how to update the firmware/flash bios. I have bought every updater accessory I could find but have not found out how to get it back to operational. Why can't you update this like most of the other new esc's coming out? ... show more

  • If you fly r/c this is a blast
This is quite the fun flier. Quick and agile. Add the light kit for a little late afternoon flying (dusk). Not a beginner plane. Very fun for the intermediate pilot.

  • Fragile foam they call a plane
First off. This is a decent plane. It flies great. However, Horizon Clown Town Hobby is cutting corners. The esc/receiver boards are garbage. They ship $80 replacements in paper envelopes and they arrive broken. The props on this plane break when Horizon Clown Town farts. I mean super brittle. The plane is worth $75 in my opinion. But Horizon Clown Town Rug Rats cut me off. I can’t recommend anything made by Horizon Hobby. They are losing customers. Read the forums. The Horizon Hobby dumpy people I dealt w need to do a look in the mirror. All the management personal should be forced to drive vehicles they use to and from work made by their own crappy company. Then they will learn. Until then, HH deserves 2 thumbs down and the pieces of crap people I dealt w need 2 middle fingers up pointing at them. BS. ... show more

  • This plane is awesome!
Insane aerobatic abilities. Full high alpha to small jet speeds this little gem is the funniest plane I've ever owned. Gets a little squirly on windy days. Well worth the money.

  • Beware of warranty info
When I received this item in late July I was busy and did not open till September. I opened it and prepared for the maiden flight. When I first tried to taxi on the ground, it just turned clockwise because only the left side motor ran but the right side motor did not. I wrote that effect on their official web site. The answer I received was that it was out of warranty and They can't help me. Then I asked when the warranty expired. I was told that the warranty says it is defect free "at the date of purchase". That means unless you get the product the same day as you purchased, it is out of warranty. Impossible for Amazon customers. I was told that a replacement motor will be shipped "as a courtesy" but not received one yet. ... show more

  • Fantastic plane!
Super fun to fly. Do get the LED light kit and install it. You'll be glad you did and will want to fly it at dusk as a result (super cool).
