Giving this bike a 5 star as of currently. Customer service is great so far as they have reached out for feedback post purchase. Even offered a way to purchase a spare battery since I asked about it. With that out the way I can talk about the actual experience of riding the bike. You need to watch the video provided on this page as the manual does not come with an assembly guide. The bike comes in a huge box so be prepared. The bike's max speed is 25mph and picks up rather quickly when assist is set to max. The suspension on the bike is amazing and helps take on harsh bumps, iv hit some curbs with it. The tires are quite durable too, the fat tires work great for that extra traction. Iv taken the bike on roads and trails with over 130 miles after the image provided. I would recommend getting a separate light kit for the bike for the sake of focusing battery to motor. Yes the light does impact the battery life when on compared to the light being off. Have zipties ready for the cables on the front as the cables are somewhat loose. In order to fit the bike into the trunk of my 2 door 2001 honda civic i needed to take off the handle bar, fold the front handle bar post, remove battery, and fold the bike. Simpler than it sounds and easy to learn when you figure it out. To turn on the bike you just have to hold the M button (Mode button). Wish you needed the key to unlock to be honest as I do not trust this on a bike rack in a highly populated are. The bike turns heads quite quickly. You will zoom past many. Overall love the bike, worth the purchase, and have been using it to commute (13 mi in 45-50 min). Do your research when looking into getting an ebike for your needs. ... show more

I bought this bike because it has pedal assist. I haven't been able to ride for years because of knee problems. I have ridden almost 100 pain free miles over the last 2 weeks using this bike. I'm 6'5" and this bike is very comfortable to use.

As others have indicated having a flat with a brand new rig due to the way they made the rims is still a problem. Rode less than an hour and had a flat rear tire. Nothing went through the external part of the tire, it was done on the rim side. Assembly was pretty easy but information on how to operate it and make adjustments to the way it operates can be challenging to find. ... show more

Packed quite tightly. The unit itself performs over the price range. Haven't tested mileage. Shipped from Amazon for a reason. Works as a bike or pedal assist or throttle. Not a step through frame but close to it for someone over 5 foot 8. Assembly requires some know how.

    • Cheaply made product with very little info on the bike itself.

I returned the bike once I got it because the power button didn’t work. I wanted a refund and set the return up but instead of the refund I got a whole new bike. I decided to give the replacement a try. Right out of the box, The frame vibrated when the bike got to a certain speed. The metal on the bike itself is soft and it was scratched easily, because of this I sure hope I get my full refund. The brake pads were out of alignment and there was this horrible screatching sound when the bike came to a stop. The back tire is a pain to take off in comparison to other e bikes. When charging the battery the charger gets really hot. The batteries power indicator fluctuates making it hard to tell exactly how much power is left. The tires are really thin and the tubes are useless, you might as well replace them before you ride the bike. A few days after assembly I got two flats at the same time, luckily I made it to my destination before that happened. Confusing and just plain bad seller customer service. Conflicting information. When I messaged them about the tubes asking what valve type I should use they responded by asking for my whole name, address and telephone number. They assured me they would, as they said “keep it a secret”. They asked for this info because they wanted to send me replacement valves. What? I didn’t ask for new valves!. To sum it up, I think this bike is cheaply made, especially for the price. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired and the information on the bike is very limited. I didn’t even see the bike listed on their website. Don’t waste your time with this product, the last thing you want is to die at the hands of this bike because it’s poorly made. You don’t want to be unsure about the refund, inevitably it will end up in a damaged state And not the same as when you took it out of the box. ... show more

I'm thrilled with this bike so far. It punches way above its price point. The front and rear shock absorbers are great. The bike is powerful and well made and is a solid product compared to that piece of junk I bought first. One thing tho, a bike like this should me the minimum quality-wise you should ever buy. The media could not be loaded. I love everything about this bike except that the headset is obviously missing something. I have have tried for several months to upload a video to explain the issue since they tell me I am not missing any parts but they say file format not supported without telling me which file they accept.
