I have compared electric bikes for about a year now. This one popped up on Amazon and it was roughly $300 cheaper than anything I had seen anywhere else. There were no reviews yet so I took the chance. It arrived with a broken front light and the display after one day quit working. Thus the entire bike quit working. After contacting Amazon, they sent me new front light and display in a customer video to how to replace them. Which was very easy. Partz came from China and it took two weeks but I just reassembled them in the bike works perfectly. | 1. I love the bike for these reasons: it’s an adult bike. It is not a bike or a child. I do not feel like I’m riding a toy. 2. It’s sturdy and heavy. 3. It’s plenty big enough for me as a 6 foot man who weighs 210. 4. It’s fast. In fact it goes faster than I even want. 5. It’s easy to use. It took no time to learn how to operate it. 6. The seat is very comfortable. 7. Best bike I’ve seen for the money | I bought these items in addition. I just recently purchased and received the E-Bycco 29inch Electric Bike. The shipment arrived early and the packaging was professional, there was no damage. Installation went smoothly using the instruction manual provided and the video provided. All necessary tools were provided and worked properly. The installation was short, approximately 45 minutes and done with ease and little experience with bikes. The bike looks very solid and has good lines, it looks bad-ass. The seat is super comfortable and the shocks have good travel when unlocked. The programming is very easy to follow as they provide detailed step by step instructions for any adjustments you may want to make to the display unit. Comes with a nifty phone holder and charger, super helpful with directions on a long ride! After hours of research I found this bike to have the best specs at the best price. My background is coming from a road biking form factor and wanted to get over the motivational hump of getting back on the bike and back in shape while trying out the new eBike trend. This particular eBike, the eBycco 29er is absolutely amazing! The components on the bike are all Shimano and/or Necco and has really good build quality. Assembly was pretty easy out of the extremely heavy drop shipped package. All in all, in took about 30 to 45 minutes to get everything put together and snugged up tightly. I decided to keep both fenders on and install the bike rack on the back because I intend on using it for a 40 mile round trip commute to work and back. I purchased the silverish blue colored frame and the bike looks really sharp! Not just the color too, the overall look is big, but looks very sleek at the same time. As far as performance, what would normally take me an hour and 45 minutes to get to work one way (20 miles) in now only takes about 45 minutes averaging about 26-27 MPH. The pedal assist is amazing and takes even the steepest hill like a champ in spite of its incredibly heavy overall weight. In the end the weight factor wasnt much of a factor for me simply because the 750W motor has NO PROBLEM making up for the extra weight. Make note, this IS a BIG bike but thats what you are asking for when you want 29" wheels which really make the ride nice and smooth. The bike comes with medium treaded knobby tires that will really ride best on paved/gravel/dirt trails. There is a forest preserve area behind my townhome and I took it on the dirt forest trails and while this is by no means a professional MTB bike, it was able to hold its own. The front shocks work well and are adustable or can be closed off entirely if only biking on smooth paved road. The only negative I found so far, and the reason why I only gave it 4 stars is that while the range is advertised as 30miles throttle only, and 60 miles pedal assist, I only got 30 miles out of a ride before the battery voltage dropped down to almost nothing and wasnt much help. Pedaling with no pedal assist on this heavy beast is not fund. However, this would be a problem for any bike as I was riding in 32 degree F temperatures at the time. At this temperature any eBike battery is going to lose both efficiency and power. 50% seems like it is a big lose for that temperature but I will update when temperatures warm here in MN to above 60 degrees to make a full judgement call on this one. Overall, when you consider the price paid ($1100) there is a ton of value in this bike and really belongs in the same class category as the rest of the $1800 bikes sold on amazon. I haven't had any problems first off. I get a lot of compliments from people in the neighborhood. I still get exercise in any mode the difference is you travel further and faster. Great speed, take off excellent, battery seems to hold charge and deliver power on demand. So far 118 miles in two weeks of joy riding. The tires are a perfect fit for this bike, I've tested it in grass, gravel and mostly street. I'm thinking about getting one for my son's. I pray that it continues to serve my purpose of making me feel young again. I like to turn on the red and blue police colored lights and ride through my neighborhood, I heard from people in the community that some people have been saying that we have a bike patrol riding through at night. Well I guess it can add security and show presence of people stirring around and confusing the outsiders who happen to ride through while I'm out enjoying myself, like the lone ranger, lol. Great bike I don't regret what I paid and I'm stingy when it comes to buying. ... show more

Very difficult to assemble because the directions were awful. Front wheel was bad and they had to send me a new one which was a positive. It's very heavy and much larger than comparable bikes.
