I have compared electric bikes for about a year now. This one popped up on Amazon and it was roughly $300 cheaper than anything I had seen anywhere else. There were no reviews yet so I took the chance. It arrived with a broken front light and the display after one day quit working. Thus the entire bike quit working. After contacting Amazon, they sent me new front light and display in a customer video to how to replace them. Which was very easy. Partz came from China and it took two weeks but I just reassembled them in the bike works perfectly. | 1. I love the bike for these reasons: it’s an adult bike. It is not a bike or a child. I do not feel like I’m riding a toy. 2. It’s sturdy and heavy. 3. It’s plenty big enough for me as a 6 foot man who weighs 210. 4. It’s fast. In fact it goes faster than I even want. 5. It’s easy to use. It took no time to learn how to operate it. 6. The seat is very comfortable. 7. Best bike I’ve seen for the money | I bought these items in addition. Rear bag, battery operated red light for the back, helmet, and water bottle holder. | I hope this helps. ... show more

It's been a ride, literally. I've made some slight modifications like different tires and what have you but overall it's been a very good experience. Very affordable, I've been over 200 miles with it in a little more than 2 months and its serving me well. More than the minor issues I've had, Ebycco's customer service is friendly and VERY responsive. Definitely would recommend. I'm also a bit heavy but it gets the job done for sure. Whats even better is that any and all things for this bike except the frame can be purchased online. Phone holder, fork, quick release, tires, wheels, all on the website or Amazon.     • I have upgraded my star rating because the company went above and beyond to get it right.
At first, I was like everyone else... seemed great, fast, easy to use. However, second ride... nothing. I have power (full batter), display works, buttons work... but no juice to the motor and bike is heavy to pedal without assistance. Told by Amazon customer service it's too late for return (bought it about 3 months ago). So, now I have a $1000 useless bike. UPDATE see below SO, I reached out to the company and they were actually really great to work with! They sent videos on what to do and I tried it but failed, then I sent to my local shop which they were willing to work with. Bike works again I'm cruising at 26 mph np. Overall, it was a good birthday present even though it needed a little time to get there. I will also say that the company was really great again. They were very responsive and helpful and made what could have been bad, really good. Nothing can work 100% of the time but they didn't leave me hanging and they kept reaching out/helping until it was done right. ... show more

Three days and 75 miles of having this bike, I love it. Powerful. I am 6'3" and 220#, this bike pushes me over hills at 25mph+. Tops out at 30. Wear a helmet; this bike flies. I did only get 31.5 miles of range full to empty with pedal assist, less than the 60 that they rate, but that was over hills and lots of stop and go riding. I bet I could get 40 miles if I took it easy. Seat is wide and comfortable. I took one star off because the brakes squealed badly so needed a bit of lube and alignment, the rear fender bracket did not fit my frame, and the wheel bearing grease that they supplied was low quality and very little of it. Some deep bicycle maintenance was needed to make it super smooth. I have nothing otherwise to complain about - the rest is of good quality. I think this bike is the best value for an ebike available on Amazon. This is my first ebike and I can tell it is going to extend my bicycling range quite a bit. I am looking for excuses to take it out. It is still good exercise but I get farther, faster, than on my pedal-only bike. Lots of fun! ... show more

I’ve only had this bike for a week and I commute to my class which is about 4 miles away and I love this bike! It’s pretty quick! The chain does keep popping off but other than that it’s a blast to ride!

I just recently purchased and received the E-Bycco 29inch Electric Bike. The shipment arrived early and the packaging was professional, there was no damage. Installation went smoothly using the instruction manual provided and the video provided. All necessary tools were provided and worked properly. The installation was short, approximately 45 minutes and done with ease and little experience with bikes. The bike looks very solid and has good lines, it looks bad-ass. The seat is super comfortable and the shocks have good travel when unlocked. The programming is very easy to follow as they provide detailed step by step instructions for any adjustments you may want to make to the display unit. Comes with a nifty phone holder and charger, super helpful with directions on a long ride! After hours of research I found this bike to have the best specs at the best price. Delivery and installation went amazingly easy, time to try it out! ... show more

    • Excellent customer service - throttle replacement
When my bike arrived I assembled it and everything worked but the throttle. Ebycco immediately sent a replacement throttle. The pedal assist is fun, and a little bit shocking when it kicks in. Level 1 takes off very quickly. This is a very fun bike to ride and I recommend it.
