I am a 65 year old single woman. I ordered this E bike after looking/reading about others. The price was right along with the voltage and specs. The bike arrived in just a few days in excellent condition. I proceeded to assemble the bike following the simple step video as best as I could. There was no instruction book included. I am not used to assembling items. The assembly was easy enough although I did make an error on the handlebars which my daughter caught and corrected. I rode the bike without the battery as the battery needed to charge for 12 hours. I found the bike to be very comfortable and a very smooth ride. I was so pleased. After 12 hours of charging I attached the battery to the bike and took off riding for the first time on an E bike. I found the bike to be very user friendly, lots of power and comfortable to ride. I rode it for about 7 miles. I did get plenty of exercise as my legs were tired when I got home. I only used the assistance in the first level the majority of the time as I wanted the exercise. I used the second level at the end of the ride when I was tired. It went plenty fast for me… about 15mph. I haven’t used it on the higher levels yet but was pleased with the performance at the levels I tried. I hope to continue to be as pleased with the bike as I am right now. The thumb lever for battery assistance is kind of uncomfortable. A cruise option would be nice as my thumb got tired. Also an instruction book would be much easier for assembling the bike along with the 3 minute video. I will post again if issues arise but I’m hoping that there won’t be any. This bike and the price along with the quality are excellent at this point. I recommend this bike. ... show more

Scale: 1 to 5 (5 being best) Value: ---5--- Quality of Components: ---5--- Safety: ---5--- Ease of Assembly: ---4--- (bike shop it if you are not adept) Module Programming ---5--- Nimble and Comfortable Ride: ---5--- Features: ---5--- Power: ---5--- Reliability: ---?--- (I may update this after a year) Customer Support: ---5--- (I did not need to return, but they were responsive when I reached out to them) Why? Pedals - metal and wide. Light - Brite and easy to turn on while riding PAS/Throttle: Able to turn off PAS and just use manual pedal + throttle as needed at the same time. Tires - Good and safe on turns in dirt, sand or asphalt Brakes - Tight and responsive Gears - All working, fantastic to have > 7 gears. This has 21. Get a better workout. Fenders - Has em'. No mud or junk on your clothes. Phone holder - Plastic but solid, has a USB charger for your phone! Kickstand - Good, sturdy one that is adjustable and will not wear out over time. 29" Wheel: Less pedaling, more speed when you are manually pedaling. Ideal. Perfect for people 5' 7" or taller. The bike rides very nimble and balanced for an e-bike. My other 3 all feel heavy on turns, not this one. The motor is stronger than most and it feels like it. Battery charge is better than average. Seems like they spared no expense and I see no cheap shortcuts on this bike. Damn, near perfect at this price level. Note: Replaced the handlebars with a mid rise (5") that angle in a bit. I purchased my bike at the end of the summer and I could not be happier! I have received great delivery services, great customer service and the bike is phenomenal. I searched for a 29 inch e-bike and this is the only one I could find. I am a shorter person but I like the bigger wheels and I must say this bike fits me like a glove. It has a smaller frame but has the 29 inch wheels which make it feel like it is custom made to what I wanted. Let me start by saying the bike rides like a dream and is of great quality. The pedal assist is awesome (once I figure it out). I had to work with the customer service to get the bike exactly how I wanted the Pedal assists to work and they stuck with me through the whole process. It comes with tools, quality seat and what little set up right out of the box was super easy. I have been riding it every day for a month and I use the pedal assists for “big” up hills and when and if I am riding into the wind and my battery is still on the first charge. I cannot say enough good stuff about this bike. I wanted to buy a second bike for my wife but the 29 inch is too big for her so I had to buy something different and believe me, the cost was way more the E-Bycco and the E-Bycco quality is on the same level if not better. Doesn't deserve any stars Bought this bike for my son and it seems the battery isn't charging now and the tires are so thin that a small thorns have gone through the tires and flattened them several times we've already replaced both tube's I wouldn't buy another one and would like a new battery

    • Quite fast! Great price but you get what you pay for!

So far I have put about 500 miles on this bike and I can say that it's pretty fun to rip around, the bike is fast and tops out around 31 MPH, it accelerates smoothly but sometimes slowly depending on your battery's charge. Speaking of battery id say that the range is pretty great but if your using throttle only expect about 20-35 miles of range before it starts to get sluggish. The costumer support for this bike is pretty good, I had a shifter and kickstand arrive broken when I bought this bike and the manufacturer was able to send me replacements however installing the shifter was quite difficult due to its construction. Overall the build quality of this bike is pretty cheap it certainly is not fancy or well built by any means, however if your looking for that 750w performance for the price of a 500w this bike is a solid choice and I definitely would recommend if your interested in a cheap and fast e-bike. I'm 6'1" and this bike fits me very well and really the only upgrades I'd get for this bike would be a better seat, a rear light, and a better phone holder since mine has broken. Overall I'd say this bike is a 7/10 and would recommend. ... show more
