The media could not be loaded. First of all, this is a great looking bike. I was worried because it seemed a little too good to be true when you consider that it comes with: 1) 29" x 2" tires, so perfect for cruising or mountain biking 2) Has a 750W motor which allows it to cruise up to about 30MPH 3) It charges quickly at 48V, and has a key-locking battery that you can take out or charge on the bike 4) The battery holds 16AH which gives you roughly 32 miles of unassisted cruising on flat land, and a whopping 75+ miles on pedal assist 5) Can hold 330lbs of meaty human weight and still drag you up a steep incline 6) Comes with a nice bike rack 7) Has a nice front headlight, a horn, and a POWERED cell phone holder so you can charge while you ride. When I bought the bike, it had no reviews. I struggled with my decision to buy something unrated...cuz' it is a lot of money to spend on something that might be junk. But as soon as the bike arrived, I knew I was going to like it. The bike also shipped free (bonus) and came with all the tools you need to assemble it. But what was missing was the instructions for how to put it together. Sigh. Fortunately, the product page has a video that shows you how to assemble, and most everything fits together intuitively, so you don't need a high level of mechanical proficiency to be up and running within 30 minutes or so. I have taken a few rides on the bike and .... WOW! It is a real powerhouse! It is super fast, responsive, and feels good and solid even at high speeds. So far, I am in love. I will check back in after a few months of use, but if you don't see any other posting, you can assume that I am still loving this bike! Might be one of the best purchases I made in a long time! __________ Follow-up. I have had my bike for over 6 months now and am still loving this bike! I have logged over 400 miles and still am impressed with its looks and battery life. I have apparently not had the same experience of some who have had issues with battery life, but I can attest that if Iuse it as an assist, and not a 100% "electric motorcycle" with no assist, it is pretty easy to get 45-65 miles on a single charge. I can also affirm that charging from fully empty can take up to 7 hours - not a huge problem for me since I don't wait for it to be fully empty. Most of my bike trips are only in the 30 mile range so I just charge when I am done and have not even come close to running out of charge. Since it still pedals manually very easily I suspect that even if I ever ran out of juice, it wouldn't be too hard to pedal back to civilization. I don't take the battery out very often, since the battery itself also locks into the frame, so I can't comment on how difficult it is. But my entire goal in getting this bike was to have some fun and get some exercise, and this bike has been a complete success in that regard! ... show more

This is a very nice bike. All the components work well and the construction seems to be good quality. I have only had it three months, but so far the battery is working well. It is my first electric bike and it's more fun riding than I expected. It accelerates quickly and handles hills with no problem. I would definitely recommend this bike. The only negative are the instructions about putting it together. They are not really complete. For example, the bike comes with a bolt in the forks, which must be removed, but that is left out of the instructions. Maybe this was thought too obvious, but I never put a bike together before. Also, the rear rack will need to be bent some by hand to make it align with the holes it attaches to. ... show more

Update update, after almost a year 700 miles, the rear tire is dented, i have to replace the spokes every two weeks, i use it only on the city streets is a good bike, I'm 5'10" and 210 pounds, the bike is right for my size, and it has the strength to take you the speed its says, I have been riding it for 200 miles, i enjoy ride it to my work every day 11 miles going and 11 coming back you the battery depends on the pedal assisting mode you select i have only used till number 3 and it is fast 21 miles per hour, my road is mostly plain with a little slope and a 3 miles long hill in the way back, if i choose to use the PAS 3 the battery will last just one day if i decide to use it in PAS 2 will last 2 days, i recommend before use it to add the armour or protector for the tubes, I got a flat tire in my 2nd ride, the tubes and tires that the bike includes are really soft, is pretty easy to put it together, try to get used to the bike before take it to the streets because it is a heavy bike, it takes 8 or 9 hours to fully charge the battery, so if you are looking for a nice bike ride this one will work. ... show more

What I liked : The look of bike, The power of the motor, the 5 speed level modes, the quietness of the wheels and motor, the cruise control, the phone holder and charging port, and the accessories. What I disliked: The breaks squeal a little when pressed too hard, not much room for cam or other accessories on handlebar, It could use more gears as you have to pedal too fast if speeds are around 30mph. This bike is awesome so far. The most I've rode at one time was 20 miles and only used half battery. So I can't say if battery will go 60 miles with pedal assist as advertised, or what is more efficient speed. And to test I need to take it to a long bike trail as town riding is too short. I have driven bike around 2000 miles. I had to replace the computer display at 1700 miles. Customer service was great as they had my new display to me within days. No other problems may have to replace tires but they still have a lot of tread left. This is the best bike I have ever owned. Three month update>>>>> I have clocked about 1000 miles on this bike and it is falling apart. The sopkes are constasntly loose and very low quality. The motor has started making a horrible growling sound at all times. The battery life has changed drastacally. Now barely makes 20 miles on a full charge. And I actually ride and assist at all times. Today the bike will not turn on. The battery is fully charged. I checked all of the connections. Customer support is non existent. I attempted contact in every way they offer. Buying an ebike online is a scary venture, but the customer support I received from this manufacturer has been excellent. I accidentally smashed my display and Ebycco responded quickly to each email and sent out a replacement part the next day. I have bought 4 ebikes online and 2 from local bike stores, and the Ebycco has provided me with the best support.
