I have been using the bike to commute to and from work for the last 2 months. It’s a great power house of a bike. No fault to the manufacturer but I’ve had 2 flats from nails in the ground. I Suggest you buy “flat out” to put in the tires On a full charge battery you can get 35mph but when it hits around 75% you can still easily get to 32mph.(you’ll notice a speed difference when voltage sag dips below 45volts) I did my first stress test free ride today. I got about 22miles kinda cruzing around town and still had 55% of the battery after my ride. I rode on the beach sand and up a 40 maybe 45degree hill incline which significantly decreased the range. Around the beach I rode it like a normal e-bike. Going 18mph while pedaling. It felt like the battery would last forever while riding like that. Covering a tone of ground while bearly feeling the pedals pushing. I’ve rode in the rain twice and I must say it is all weather proofed real well. Usually on my commutes to work I’ll book it at 35mph for about 6 miles. This drains the battery to about 80% Keep in mind that hitting the top speed in whatever PAS you’re in will save on the battery when you ride. So if ur in PAS4 which goes 29.7mph if you ride the top speed. The voltage sag doesn’t deteriorate the battery life as much. This is my second e-bike and when you learn to ride at 20mph conserving battery life is a must. Its great to be able to use a single motor to conserve power but you will not be able to pedal at PAS3. The power is set PAS1 13.2mph PAS2 18.5mph PAS3 23.4mph PAS4 29.7mph PAS5 35.4mph Overall great bike, great price. ... show more

    • Not all pieces were manufactured correctly.
I have 2 small parts that are held together with zip ties either because the screw wasn't made correctly or because the welding job failed. The battery life is over-stated by quite a bit. I actually get closer to 15 miles per charge because my trip has a steep hill. I get closer to 10 if I use Dual Motors and PAS at level 5. Other than those, I've put 400 miles on it so far and it's worked fantastically in all other aspects. ... show more

Great power - easy assembly - good quality. Everything is packaged well Bought for rider who is at 6'-5" and 240lbs. Range depends on where and how you ride of course but the single/dual motor selector is a great addition.

Bike arrives and bad battery. No way to contact seller except through Amazon email and it took 2 weeks for a replacement battery. Other than that I like the Bike so far

I will update this review once the next stage occurs.. The bike came, and it looks like quite a monster. It's beautiful. The ride is great, and overall I think the bike is awesome, though there are currently some issues. The torque is weak, and acceleration from zero is slow. The bike can barely stand up on its back wheel when standing next to it and holding the handlebars. Initially I was VERY disappointed by this. However, the customer service made me feel MUCH better. They are sending me a replacement motor and a reprogrammed controller that will make the bike start at full power, and will also ask the engineer if he can provide me instructions on reprogramming the controller myself (I am a tech). They were very easy to communicate with and their willingness to help and send parts impressed and surprised me. The other reviews didn't lie, this is some of the best customer service that I have experienced. Due to this, despite the issues, I am giving it 5 stars. If this story doesn't have a happy ending, I will update the stars. But until then, I am happy with this order. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love this dual motor bike the suspension is great and adjustable its a very fast bike I had a warranty issue with the display and the company provided great customer service and support provided replacement display promptly

    • It's a big bike
This bike is taller than I expected but I have gotten used to it. Everything arrived in good working order the Chinese assembly instruction are lame as usual. The leds on the battery are 4 green and one red at full charge. I believe the red indicates its time to recharge. After you turn on the battery you have to hit the "M" button to turn on the bike.
