This e-bike has completely changed my daily commute! I live a few miles to work. Riding a bike is even faster than driving a car during traffic jam hours. It is also a great way to go around the town for running errands. The ebike is made solid and looks sleek. The height fits me very well. I got compliments for its design. The battery is not the best on the market but it is good enough for me. It provides ample power to boost the speed and makes sure I’m not slowing down even when climbing a ramp. Oh almost forgot! I bought this e-bike for my 70 year old father as his gift. He doesn’t know how to drive a car so his way of going around is limited. He had a regular bike but he can bike to places further than 30 minutes because it will make him tired. He needs an electric bike to pick up a few groceries and go pick up his medicine from a pharmacy from day to day. I was browsing online and I chose this one. The price is reasonable, not too high for a good quality bike. He put up the bike together in 30 minutes. It is easy to install. It comes with tools you need. It is also easy to ride as my dad described. He got a grasp of it on the first try inside our gated neighborhood. The weight of the bike is around 50 pounds. You will need to charge it when there is two lights on the indicator. The fact or limitation I have to tell is that 1, the battery can’t be removed. So not good if you want to get if off and charge it inside house. 2, the front wheel can’t be adjusted. You can only adjust the seat height. So it is better to buy a small one if you are not confident about your riding. We are still testing the battery life and will update after a few months or so. Taken together, it is a reasonable electric bike. My dad gets more freedom to go around with it. It makes his life easier. Easy to assemble, easy to ride. ... show more

Tires are crap and it’s first week I had it. I it made me crash off of the smallest bump in the road. I wouldn’t advise that you buy this bike. I would advise that you buy something with a sturdier wheel because this one is crap.

****EDITED TO ADD** customer service contacted me and was very helpful. Giving them an extra star for going above and beyond** The front fender came unattached and the screw was impossible to get out to get it attached like it should be. Ended up stripping the screw and having to take the front fender off completely. It should have come attached to begin with.
