You may find another brand, but based on how this unit is built and fits, I'd recommend you go with the Dyson product. It fits perfectly! It even came with four new screws for installation. If you have a non-Dyson brush that isn't exactly to spec, it might not fit or rotate properly. The alignment of the brush to four plastic areas in the head is critical to line up exactly, or it will be noisy and wear away the brush. When installed properly, this unit is perfect! ... show more

So my Dyson broke. The little bearings that go on the end with 2 little screws wore out. Dyson warranted it but were out of the parts due to Black Friday (Sold Out)!!! So I bit the bullet and ordered these. It fit perfectly!!! Easy to installed, I even made both of my girls help me replace them. The screws for the bearings are #1 Philips even though they look like star bit. I would highly recommend this product when Dyson can't fulfill their obligations to their customers. ... show more

This was a replacement for a Dyson Ball UP13. It was shipped in original packaging and a Genuine Dyson brand and included new screws as well. My vacuum was rattling really bad and the roller brushes were covered in a black grease, I'm assuming the grease came from the bearings on the end of the roller unit. It fit perfectly, seemed to have increased the suction now that the unit can level itself. The floors were vacuumed less than 24 hours earlier. After installing the new roller brushes, this same vacuum removed an INCREDIBLE amount of stuff from the carpet. I didn't expect that but WOW, what a great surprise. This put new life and performance in a really good older vacuum and is a great value for the money. ... show more

The plastic tabs holding the old roller broke with use. I thought the whole vacuum was toast, but remembered a previous vacuum had the same problem. Our golden retriever is abundantly hairy, and we forgot to clean the roller often enough. Both were Dysons, and replacing the roller on the first worked for a while, so we tried on this one too. The price was reasonable, delivery was fast, and installation was easy. Now if I could just get the dog to stop shedding.... ... show more
