    • Part number 915100-02 differs slightly by supplier
I originally tried to order this part directly from Dyson. Because there was no confirming e-mail, I thought the order had not been accepted. So, I ordered it two days later via Amazon. From Amazon, the part arrived about two days earlier than from Dyson. The two parts were slightly different. The front edge on the part sourced through Amazon has a comb feature comprised of raised ribs. The part sourced directly from Dyson has the red fabric brush on the front edge, just like the brush on the back edge of both tools. Both should work just fine. But, there is a difference. Could it be that the Amazon part is actually Dyson part number 915100-01? Ironically, the cost including shipping was lower through Amazon. ... show more
