I originally gave this chair 3 stars for the reason stated below. I am upgrading it to 5 stars because this vendor has bent over backwards to satisfy me. I have never been so impressed with a seller's customer service! If you are having second thoughts about purchasing this chair, don't. YOU WILL LOVE IT! FIRST REVIEW I love the look and size of this chair. It operates smoothly and quietly. I am 5' 5" and when it stands me up my feet rest on the floor. The heated back is wonderful but like all heating pads, it turns off after a little while to prevent burns. I wish it would stay on longer, but I simply have to push the button to turn it on again. The massage feature is simply a vibration and doesn't do much for me. It is also kind of loud. I love the pockets on the side of the chair. The reason for 3 stars is that there is a hard lump that sticks me right in the middle of my back. A small pillow is included so I put it behind my back to cushion that area. I am keeping the chair because the other features outweigh this one issue. ... show more

This is a wonderful find, I mean this chair and the company! Both are top notch, good quality. The chair is very sturdy and works well, everything is just as it says. It is very comfortable for my 91 year old mom, as it is proportioned for a smaller or elderly person. Some other good things are: It was delivered in a timely manner, the material and pattern are really nice; the quality of the other materials used in this chair were excellent and it is not one that is too squishy soft, so the person sinks in to the chair, rather it’s comfortable and holds it’s shape, so the person, especially seniors, are able to keep their bones and backs aligned better. The only problem was a bracket was bent. The company was fast to resolve my problem with a quality answer! It feels good to know there are still companies that make great products and care about the customer! Buy the chair! ... show more

    • This chair has two motors. When engaged, they are so quite you cannot hear them running.
We are short seniors, this chair fits our height to a Tee! It is smart looking and the upholstery feels really nice. I also appreciated the additional pillow and seat cover that came with the chair. Dislikes: could lift a little higher. Likes: perfect for smaller people. Hubby is 145, 5' 6". Cleans nicely, very comfortable. Love independent control of back and feet.

FedEx is a pain to deliver. It took three deliveries to get all four boxes. We bought two chairs. They assemble relatively easy. The controls are easy to use. Customer service is excellent. We have had other lift chairs but the quality of these surpasses the other chairs we have owned. I believe they are worth the price. ... show more
