The chairs came with missing screws and poor directions. The back pads didn’t match up with the screws. This left the chairs unstable and unable to be sat on.

I didn't expect the quality to be very good! I was looking for a different style chair because I was eliminating the barstools that I had outgrown so I wanted to replace them with a different style chair. At first I was worried that the white color wouldn't hold up to stains, but after receiving it I realized that the outside is removable. Thought this was a great design and I can disassemble it to wash it if it gets dirty. It is a very elegant bar chair. It took me a short time to assemble it by myself. Install it step by step according to the instructions of the installation book. It is very simple and comfortable to sit on. Very stable. Don't worry about falling down. This height matches my Table . I like it.
