    • Great looking and sturdy desk

I looked at many home office desks on Amazon before deciding on this product. I really liked how it looked with the dark "wood" top and the dark gray metal legs. While not solid wood (it is hollow), it is strong enough to hold my 17" laptop, a monitor stand with 24" monitor, audio speakers, external hard drive, and my keyboard and mouse. I did not use the pads on the bottom of the legs as it is resting on carpet and placed against the wall. I ran all cables through the center slot, and down the legs hiding/securing with black velcro strips for a clean look. During my normal keyboard and mouse use, the movement of the desktop is almost imperceptible, and therefore feels sturdy for my needs. The ONLY issue was a problem with the bar that connects the two legs in back because the holes did not line up (a couple of other reviewers reported the same). I returned it immediately and received the replacement in a couple of days which was perfect. I highly recommend this for its look and style, and also its ability to hold my stuff with stability. ... show more

I had looked for WEEKS for a desk that looked nice, was sturdy, and was a nice table top style with beautiful wood top. This desk is amazing. I got it and assembled it within 10 minutes out of the box. I didn't need anything crazy and is was super easy. It allows me to mount multiple things along the edges, is plenty large enough for multiple monitors, and feels like I have 2 work areas...one for my main computer monitor and the other side has my organizer of pens and sticky notes AND my laptop. I can slide over and hop right on the laptop when needed, not having to move anything out of my way, and have my main large keyboard and mouse set up on the other side with a large 32" monitor. Still feels spacious and comfortable with so much on the desk. I use this desk for both gaming and working from home. It has an incredible amount of space, is very sturdy, doesn't slide around, the cord hole keep things tidy, and it is better than I'd hoped for. I shopped in stores and online all over and settled on this one. It's always a gamble buying online site unseen but this was well worth the risk and I am so happy with it. This desk is perfect if you are looking for a nice, basic, no frills desk. It has a wonderful amount of space large enough to hold a tower PC as well as an ultra-wide monitor. The construction is great and really feels good, but it is good to know that the top itself is made out of hollow composite wood and is very light. It looks very nice, but it would not take much to punch a hole into. For normal desk use though, this should not be a problem, but if you tend to rage out when gaming, one keyboard smash could put a large hole in the desk top. A nice touch was the added hole for cable management allowing the desk fit flush against the wall without having cables strewn across the desk. The light weight of the top make this desk easy to maneuver and only takes one person to do so. The legs are very sturdy, made out of steel and are definitely more than enough to hold this desk up sturdily. The assembly was a breeze and I had it put together in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this desk for anyone who wants a nice looking desk for a decent price. ... show more

I originally wanted to cancel the order but it was too late- Overall happy with the purchase, the desk feels like good quality. I have the 55 inch one, and I assembled it all by myself (5'1 female). The instructions are very straightforward and everything is labeled. No external tools are necessary as everything was provided (with spares too). The hardest part of the assembling was flipping the table by myself as the wood top was rather heavy, but I still did it with no help. The cable holder panel was good as it had little bristles that held wires in place, I secured my mouse and keyboards wire as well to hide the long wire, but the silver metal part can make screen look off center so if you are OCD, keep that in mind. Do I recommend? Yes. Why did I want to cancel? As I found tables that are prettier looking. Would I return? No, happy with it and can make it cute with few decorations. ... show more

Beautiful desk for the price, great authentic rustic look. Legs are a bit wobbly. I don’t know what some other reviewers are talking about saying it’s too light to support adding a keyboard tray. It’s not solid hardwood but I still think it’s quite heavy. The assembly instructions even say you should get 2 people to flip it over after attaching the legs. Ican’t imagine a keyboard tray making it tip over unless it was made of lead. I bought a tray from Amazon that just clamps on, doesn’t screw into desk, and it works fine, as you can see in my photo. ... show more

Bought this for my son. It looks great however very poor quality. He dropped a 20oz tumbler on it and it broke thru the HOLLOW top. Now there's a gaping hole right in the middle of the desk. It's past the return/refund date so there's nothing that can be done.

Beyond easy to put together, literally took me 20 minutes top! 1 person can easily complete this! My only complaint is the top is not reclaimed wood at all, the grooves and notches aren’t there but rather just a look. With that being said, I really do like this desk and for the $$ spent I didn’t expect to get real wood. For the money it is a great desk, at least so far! ... show more
