They need to fire the quality control person if there is one because to fail to inspect and catch this grave error 1 time is bad, but 2 times and to the same customer thats just an insult to my intelligence. Fantastic bag! On my trip to Kalahari I was worried about my drinks getting warm in the car. I stuffed a single ice pack and a bunch of waters inside of it. Suprisengly I was able to fit 10 bottles WITH ROOM TO SPARE!!. A couple hours into the trip we went to grab some water and they were all ice cold still. Amazing bag for the money. ... show more

Update- the company reached out and offered me a replacement. This one is great. Zipper works and no leaks. I’m very happy w it! This was the perfect size, pockets were handy but unfortunately I need to return it bc it leaks and the zipper always gets stuck.

Unfortunately, I waited just over 30 days before trying this out . I noticed right away melting ice leaking all over the floor, and sure enough, the lining was ripped apart. Again, this was on the very first use. Looked nice, but poorly made.

We bought several of these for groomsmen gifts, and we had the outside pocket monogrammed by a local shop. Unfortunately, more than half of the inside insulated liners came unstitched. The guys could not use ice in them because the liner is torn and goes right to the fabric. Overall, they were well received and looked nice, but the quality leaves much to be desired. ... show more

Great size for the back well of the car. Froze some small water bottles to use keep cool. Drinks on the bottom, food on top. There were three of us in and out of it for two days. it was great!

I bought this to keep some extra drinks and snacks in the car. There are plenty of pockets, the main compartment is quite large, and its lightweight. Highly recommended!
