Arrived on time. Assembled everything in about 30 minutes. You build it upside down for a few steps, then flip it over to finish. DO NOT tighten the screws in all the way. Just snug until you are finished. Some pieces needed to be shifted a little bit on the end process- if the screws are too tight you will not be able to do so. This item is very sturdy and looks way better than a regular wired cage. My Cooper has never been caged. A little swiss cheese helped convince him to walk into the cage. He is an American Bully about 30" long and 800lbs. He could lay down (the superman pose may be tight), turn around, plenty of room for food and water. I would recommend this item. ... show more

Pretty simple to put together, except pone of the tubes was missing the female part that has to be screwed into. I was right in the middle of assembling it. There’s no customer support, but I wanted to finish it today anyway. I ended up gerryrigging a nut in its place and it worked out fine. It seems pretty sturdy. I wouldn’t recommend it for crate training. My newly adopted dog, Tilly loves her crate, I’m not concerned about her breaking out of it and I wanted something that looks nice. ... show more

I have 2 cats, One shown in the picture! But this is the cutest little crate for bedtime! Unfortunately as my 2nd gets older I'll have to get something bigger but I did see another review of a lady putting 2 together some by side so ill probably do that but this little crate took maybe 20 mins to put together. It was super easy! The little mat it came isn't the thickest so ill eventually replace that but still 5/5 stars! Love it and highly recommend! ... show more

This crate was definitely easy to put together, I purchased two of them and the second one I was able to put together by memory. Didn’t have any issues with screws or holes not aligning. One of them did have marker or sharpie scribbles on the back panel which threw me off a bit but it’s no big deal. We purchased two small kennels for our 20ish pound dogs, a micro bully and a frenchie. We originally had them in XL kennels each but they took up way too much space and they didn’t need kennels that big. These save so much space and look very modern and clean. Definitely recommend! Especially if your pets are fully kennel trained and you wanna have a more appealing kennel in your home. ... show more

I am so angry and heartbroken. We have a 6 month old springer spaniel(25-30 pounds). I read the reviews and decided to purchase this crate anyway. Yes, it’s pretty. It is NOT ANYTHING I WOULD RECOMMEND. We left the house yesterday and our small puppy broke out of it AGAIN. It wasn’t the first time. She chewed everything in site, including 2 of our hairless Guinea pigs. They are in rough shape. Our hearts are broken. This shouldn’t have happened. This crate was supposed to contain her. Our routine was to shut our bedroom door with her in her crate, just to be safe. We failed, the door was left open. But we shouldn’t even had have to do this, she was in her crate. This crate is made of weak metal that bends. There is NO REASON our puppy should have been able to do this. She pushed through and got out. Shame on the people that created this piece of junk. DO NOT BUY THIS. I’m so mad. And hurt and sad. Please, do not give this company your money and trust them with your pet. ... show more

I love this! I needed a dog crate, but I wanted something that was more functional and nicer looking than the average crates. This is perfect! It was easy to put together, but seems to be really sturdy. It has two doors, which makes it perfect for just about anywhere! Plus the included bed is perfect to add a little comfort.
