I bought these HDMI adapters to connect two older monitors that used DVI and VGA connections. I only had one VGA and one DVI cable, so I was happy that this set came with two adapters. It turns out I needed both because my old VGA cable wasn’t working well. With these adapters, I was able to hook up both monitors using HDMI, and they’re working perfectly! My secondary monitor at my desk has not been much use to me, so I decided that I would use it for my Xbox Series S. Unfortunately, though, the monitor is older and only has a DVI and a VGA port. With the Xbox only taking HDMI, this adapter was the way to go. It works flawlessly. However, due to the Series X/S' new external game drive port, the adapter and drive touch each other while plugged in. Attached to an older 4:3 monitor that did not have an HDMI port - only DVI-I and VGA. Attached to monitor, attached an HDMI cable to connector and computer and it just works.
