Overall good product and value. The light isn't really bright but I also have a skylight. The first shipment arrived damaged but the replacement was good. Excellent customer service.

Looks stunning, easy to install, not the brightest.

So this mirror is super stunning...very chic and modern, and easy to install. The documentation says its 4200 Lumens (other charts on the page says 2400) but I'm pretty sure it's well below that. 4200 lumens is equivalent to a 250w light bulb (or four 65w bulbs.) Based on the charts on the internet,
it's probably 420 lumen as that's more equivalent to a 45w light bulb. But as I said, probably this model is 240. As another reviewer said, it is a nice night light. It was professionally installed by my contractor so I cannot comment on the ease of installation. My reno was completed in the last week. Since then, lots of folks have stopped to see how it was going. To a person, all have commented on this mirror… great comments!

The media could not be loaded. I have this mirror in my guest bathroom and I can say every time someone comes I have to share my link. They love it so much calling it a VIBE!!! Best feature in the bathroom. I am looking for a bigger one for my master bathroom. I had someone come and put it up so I am

Fantastic looking mirror, defogs amazing well, not bright at all

Arrived quickly and all in one piece. Easy to mount to the wall and hardwire, no need for an outlet The defogger works almost instantly, great for when we're using the shower or tub. There is a buzzing noise when it's on, no matter what I've got on. The front light is not bright at all. We had a back
lit mirror before this and it was amazing. The front light is very dim and really doesn't light up much of anything. Love the aesthetics of the mirror, will keep and happily use, just not overly impressed with the brightness.

When it arrived it was broken into hundreds of pieces. I really like the look and functions of the mirror so I've requested a replacement. I'll update my review when the new mirror arrives. UPDATE: I received the replacement mirror and it looks good. The Seller also contacted me to confirm receipt of
the replacement and offered me a discount for the trouble. We still haven't installed it yet. We decided to paint the room since the mirror was down for more than a week. UPDATE: One day after contact with the Seller, we were given a credit for our trouble. Good Seller to work with.

Not so pleased with this mirror it’s not bright enough If it wasn’t for the additional lighting in my bathroom this mirror would be worthless Had bathroom remodel and did not tested the mirror till the day of install by then it was to late for me to return, otherwise I would of.

Revised. Hubby pressed anti-fog button for 10 seconds; it did reset to blue.

I like the looks of this mirror, but 3 months after installation, the anti-fog OFF (red) light was illuminated today when I turned on the wall light switch. It had previously been set to blue (anti-fog ON). The instructions say to press the button to change from blue to red and vice versa. When I did
press the anti-fog button, nothing happened. There are no troubleshooting steps in the brochure, no customer service phone number, no warranty information, etc. Am I just supposed to live with this malfunction? Now I have two of these mirrors and feel like I got a defective product.

Love the mirror; however, the bottom left corner was broken. I had hired an electrician, he & I carefully unpackaged it. We heard a little ding on the floor when we pulled the mirror out of the packaging. As the electrician was there and I had to pay his basic fee anyway, I had him install the mirror
anyway. Then I bought mirror glue and repaired the corner. I'm 75 and live alone. I would not be easy for me to repack this item by myself to return it so i just opted to keep the broken mirror. I tried chat and phone call; however. it was automated and kept asking the same questions over and over, so I gave up. Need to put protectors on the corners.
