I'm one of those people whose legs reject working at a conventional desk, and I often end up cross legged or with my knees up. My coffee table is the perfect height for working on my laptop and is more comfortable for my knees and legs, but the lack of back support was always a deterrent from making the space a dedicated work area. This chair is perfect for what I was looking for! It's super supportive and cushions just the right amount. This chair has good support but not for someone with tailbone issues because of its design of padding. I would feel more comfortable if it doesn't give out the smell of rubber from the back part of the chair. I contacted the company about this issue but they haven't followed up.

Pros: foldable, portable, and the split back design gives such the best back support no matter how you sit on it. (And I've tried soooo many back support devices and chairs!) The only other back support I can recommend is the "Beautyrest ErgoMax Ergonomic Mesh Swivel Task Chair" from staples Cons: My only real complaint is that the seat cushion is too thin-my but would hurt after awhile. That was easily fixed however, just by laying one of my memory foam pillows on top! I also really wish it came in all black or gray, the white really clashes with my house ... show more

The packaging was high quality, which I presume was to prevent the chairs from being damaged during transport. The heavy-duty cardboard each chair came in, ensured an intact chair. I bought these chairs to attend an outdoor concert but no chairs with legs were allowed. I tested them before the event and found them to be extraordinarily comfortable.
