Most D404 tires are intended for lighter, cruising motorcycles and are constructed for use on those bikes. D404 tires are bias tires, not bias belted, and do not have additional supporting plies.

    • Good tire but not for HD FXD
Ok thought I was going to try this on my 2001 HD FXD Superglide as recommended by a friend but when ordering in the description it does say not recommended for Harley, it will fit but Is not rated for the weight of the bike. I installed it and my wife and I headed to Sturgis from Maine the tire was fine well balanced felt good but only got 4300 miles out of it before I needed to replace it. Don't buy it for you Harley buy the correct tire ... show more
