My Gazebo canopy tore up big time with one high wind storm we had. I was about to spend over $200. to replace it (I tired other tapes and nothing stuck, with the heat of the sun in Summer, it kept peeling off) then I came across this tape and figured it would be worth a try since the price is really reasonable. Before dropping $$ for replacement. This tape didn’t work. Poor adhesion. The corners rolled up. Air and water coming through the open seam I taped. Amazon policy is to return to the a pick up location. . We used this tape to repair some large holes in a massive (25' x 50') 1.5 oz row cover. The holes were caused by fairly high winds (20 - 40 mph), so we needed something that would hold together in the wind - and this tape was the perfect solution. After two weeks and lots of wind, rain and a bit of snow, this tape has kept a strong grip, saving us hundreds of dollars that replacement row cover would have cost - not to mention the protection of our fruit trees! I am very pleased with the tape. It worked good on my gazebo top. It had several large rips along the seams. It took a little effort to get everything lined up and keep the tape straight, but it worked. I applied it to the gazebo top alone each tear and then patted my hands together to give it a better adhesion. Used extra in the corners and adjoining rips. So far it holding up well.
