The stools are just as pictured. The color is a match. They are soft and add a nice touch to any space. The stools however feel a bit short under the leg. Meaning your butt will fit but then if you're tall it feels like your legs are dangling. These stools seem more for show. No one can really sit in them for a long time. You feel as if you're leaning forward. Also the foot rest worries me. If the wrong person puts too much weight on it or uses it as a "ladder" to get into the seat it could break. The screws are short. Also I had a problem with one of the legs of my stool. The company got back to me and did eventually send a replacement leg but I had to explain the issue with the leg multiple times and send pics. It was so frustrating. As if they didn't believe me. Why would a person try to get an extra leg for no reason? I wanted to say....JUST SEND THE LEG!!!! ... show more

I do not understand the positive reviews these stools have. The assembly does not take long but after putting together one stool, I was pretty sure the screws were not secure. The second stool was impossible. It's the screws did not fit. I assembled with the sticks that were provided in the packaging. The instructions did not indicate a drill is needed so I did not use one. Then the screws would leave marks on the stools and kept scratching them. Should not do not during assembly. In the process of returning and now they are telling I'll like have to pay a restock fee. DO NOT BUY!! ... show more

These are great barstools, I did not have the same assembly issues others mentioned in the reviews, except the legs are two different sizes and had to switch legs around a couple of times. The overall look of these stools is great, a little more of a slim profile where I could fit 3 across instead of a wider stool where I could only fit 2. I will say that these are not the best stools for daily/extended use (I have been working from my kitchen island for the past 8 months) but would be great for the occasional meal or breakfast. The stools were very comfortable at first but now the cushion has gone flat so I feel like I am sitting on a hard surface. The fabric is holding up very well and spills are very easy to remove. ... show more

I received the Charlie’s about 2 weeks ago and the box was so badly damaged. I was certain something was missing when I started to remove the contents I realized that I was missing a leg. I contacted the seller and let them know what happened. They were great at communicating. I wasn’t sure if I was missing a rear leg or a front leg so they just sent to both. The chairs are comfy and velvety soft, the color is cute. But, I was unable to screw the legs into the top x piece because the holes were drilled incorrectly. The square piece however connects all the legs, and made it feel sturdy enough for me to use. Trying to return it would’ve cost $52 in shipping plus a 15% restocking fee, so when you buy this make sure you’re ready to accept it. ... show more

Ok I have a love hate relationship with these chairs! The first set I ordered don’t have screws on the bottom of the legs, they are shaky and feel like they will fall apart any second! I did later purchase another 2 to match and they have screws on the bottom and feel much more sturdy!! The pros about these chairs is they are soooo easy to clean (we have a 2 year old) everything washes right off it’s like magic!!! They also look super pretty & experience!!! I just wish my first 4 chairs had the screws on the bottom :( ... show more

Fabric is really nice and soft. Chairs not easy to tip over, sturdy. Decent seat padding. Put them together in about 15 minutes, super easy. Super happy with my purchase.
