I found the two chairs I purchased not to be very sturdy. The legs fell off one of them. The leg rest is too short for my long legs and when in use the chair seems to tip forward. As far as comfortable the sides of the seat are hard and press into my thighs. However, I do love the design, the neck and back rest are great.     • Not terrible, not perfect FOR ME
The assembly was mostly easy. Instructions clear. I like the purple volor as an option. And I needed wheels. The arms are a good height for me, and so is the back. My two small complaints are that the seat isn't longer. But I never realized I prefer a deeper seat depth, so that's on me. And when I lowered the chair seat, I have to stand up yo get it to raise. Most chairs you can lift slightly and with less pressure, the seat will pop up as you pull the lever. Not this one. Overall, minor things. You won't notice once you have the seat at the right height and if you don't care for a longer seat from front to back. ... show more

The chair is small. I'm 5ft 11 inches the head rest is at my shoulders. when I sit on it. When ordering it the description states max weight is 330lbs the paper work that comes with it states 250lbs. The only thing I do not like about this chair (or ig two thibgs) is that you cannot just lean back in it, you could fall because it doesn't bend like that, and the way the arms are, they don't move but are attached in an odd way that makes it hard to use my heating pad while in the chair.
