This multifunctional camera is awesome and I'm just starting to explore the many ways it can be used. First off, it's super convenient to be able to use it instantly by just plugging it into your cell phone. The cable is flexible yet sturdy and can be molded quickly to guide it however you want, especially through tight spots. I can't believe the level of detail of the camera, especially when up close to any objects and is captured clearly with the built in LEDs. The LED brightness can also be controlled by a dial and even be turned off. Right next to the dial there is a button to easily snap a picture or video and save it to the phone. In addition, there's a cool set of items that can be attached, like an angled mirror, a magnet, or even a hook to easily grab something that might be unreachable. This little scope is so useful! The entire length of the cable is flexible and can be bent into any shape that is needed - and it holds that shape! Wow! The camera is pretty good quality, definitely good enough to get the job done, and you have shutter and light brightness controls on the cable itself! I love this device! There are even a few attachments that go on the end like a mirror for an angled view, a hook to grab things you've lost and are looking for, and a magnet. So cool! Just buy it already! ... show more

Great picture quality and it has an adjustable brightness light. The cable is super long and it is very easy to use. Used it for inspecting engine, but I think it will come in handy for all kinds of projects.

    • Surprisingly good quality video for an inexpensive price.
I tested the inspection camera on an existing "up through the wall" video installation. The semi-rigid cable was flexible enough to bend around obstacles while rigid enough to be able to control it by twisting the cable. I was able to follow the existing wires up through the wall, monitoring my progress on the phone screen. The QR Code in the manual led me to the free app in the Google Play Store which installed the app on my Android phone. The cable plugged directly into my Android phone without any adapters and the app instantly synced with the camera. Note: The connector is USB-C. If you have an older Android phone with a mini-USB or micro-USB connection, there is no adapter in the box. There is an adapter for iPhones with a Lightning connector, that I was not able to test. ... show more

Great tool for mechanics and hobbyists who like to work on their cars. The stiff but adjustable stick makes it easy to look around corners or push through tight spots. Convenient that it comes with multiple adapters. Seems to work right away after installing the app and connecting the camera. Definitely long enough for most home use purposes.     • Useful borescope for hard-to-reach places
I liked this product overall. The quality was impressive for the affordable price. It had a few useful attachments like a magnet and a hook, in addition to being a camera. The cable is plenty long and the neck is strong but flexible. Seems to be quite durable although I've only used it once so far. A couple complaints: you have to download their app in order to use the endoscope, but it claims it doesn't need access to most features of your phone. Also the photo/video quality isn't super high as it's only a 2 MP camera. It should be enough for you to see what you need to see though, especially for close-up things. It's a reasonable price for a useful endoscope. I can recommend it for layman use. ... show more
