Well let me start by saying the the bike looks amazing after you put it together. The bike arrived with damage all over the package. There was minor scratches on the frame. There was hardware missing. There was a flat washer missing from the front fender. So the fender is crooked until I find another. There was a hex bolt missing from the headlight housing when it comes with two. The hardware doesn't come in a plastic bag it comes already fixed to the bike. There were straps missing that hold down the brake lines. One side has them the opposite side doesn't. The wrench that comes with the bike doesn't fit the nuts that tighten the main nuts that hold the front tire on. This is definitely a quality control issue. I haven't used the bike yet but I will add more after I have taken out for a ride. For the money I spent this is ridiculous. My engwe had none of these issues and it's perfect even after using it for two years. Update bought all the missing hardware that was missing plus tool to put the tire on. Powered the bike up immediately errors popped up and bike powered down and I could never get the bike to turn back on. I am extremely frustrated with this bike.
