They advertise 41 miles an hour there’s $300 charge for shipping. You can’t negotiate that the weight limit advertise is 330 when I called the company to tell him the bike is too slow. It doesn’t go anywhere near 41 miles an hour they said what do you weigh? I said 300. They said that’s why because the weight limit is only 250 ... show more

My brother loves this bike. I got it for him cause he delivers newspapers and can no longer drive. He has a lot of e-bikes but this one is by far his favorite. LCD wasn’t responding and customer service through them was great they resolved our issue in a fast and excellent manner.

Seller has been responsive to my issues with this bike. We found the tire size in the menu needed to be adjusted to reflect the the proper speed. I used an app with mph to get the bike closer to where it needs to be. In my case 28.5" was very close. It also has a bent derailleur that we're sorting out. Will update ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am truly impressed on how well made this bike is for the price point. I’m a welder by trade and the craftsmanship of this bike is top notch. Also, after taking for a few spins the power that the assist gives was a lot more than I expected. Great job TT!
