When I first used it, I was disappointed because I thought it was under powered, but then I remembered it takes several cycles before the Lipo battery reaches its full potential. After about four or five cycles now, it seems to be doing pretty good.

It charges quickly and allows me to finish my whole front yard without having to change batteries, just as the original Ryobi battery used to. I'm still very pleased with this purchase! I got this replacement battery for my Ryobi lawnmower. The original battery died, and Ryobi didn't offer an affordable option. I have used it 5-6 times, and it's working great so far. I've had no issues charging it. I can now mow my whole yard again on one battery without it dying out. It takes 30-40 minutes, depending on the grass height.     • Doesn't work.. won't charge past 1 light w/second light blinking

I ordered this to replace a dead original battery (several years old). I got this put on the charger but didn't need it until spring. Went to use it.. only 1 light lit and the second light blinking... 3rd and 4th light off. So I changed chargers (I have 2 chargers for this type of battery). Same thing.. I came here to see what I could do about it... i missed the return window of 1 month (it's been 2 months), and the company is unreachable. They say 12 months no questions asked exchanges, but there is no way to reach them. Their profile says "CONTACT US: Please contact through "Your Orders" tab in Amazon account (allow 24hrs for reply) " but there is no contact option in the "your orders" tab.. I suspect that direction is out of date. So I am stuck with a worthless battery, no hope for exchange... and not functional as it is. ... show more

Very light and compact compared to Ryobi battery. Charge last about the same as Ryobi at less than one half the price. This is my second purchase of this battery and the previous one lasted about the same length of time (3 yrs) as my Ryobi.
