I love this printer! I’ve Been using it for a solid year and it always produces high quality prints and the software to use is straight to the point and user friendly. Because of my failure to do daily maintenance on the printer I’ve had to replace some of the parts, but each time the amazing customer service would explain to me why it’s not working, send me a link to buy the replacement parts and sends a step by step instruction on how to repair. I'm so exhausted with this printer. This printer has given me headaches after headaches. The double red lights always got to blinking after a few prints but I just been dealing with it. Now out the blue doing a print the power just went out on the main button and will not turn back on at all. I've contacted them I haven't gotten it fixed yet. This is to much money to be spending for crappy equipment. I thought I was upgrading to something great and all i'm doing is wasting money money money. ... show more

I love the machine. I think it's a great starter, (prints slower than I expected), the ink installation wasn't as bad as I imagined. I am missing a tray and the film rack DOES NOT go with this printer (it's too short to reach the required screws which sucks bc i cant screw and attach it to the printer to catch my film). So unless the Seller sends me my tray and the correct size film rack...I'll have to prop a book underneath it and find an alternative to catching the ink waste underneath the printer. Very sturdy (heavy) printer. It arrived in a huge crate (well protected). I think I'm going to enjoy using it. The SW seems easy enough and the instructions for installation was straight forward. ... show more

Wow, I don't know where to begin, so I will start by saying that I absolutely LOVE my DTF printer, it has made a huge difference in my t-shirt business. It is my #1 go to above sublimation and HTV. The colors are so beautiful and vibrant. The after sales department at Punehod are awesome. You can not ask for a more patient and knowledgeable team such as them. I had this printer for almost a year and then it stopped working because I didn’t clean the print head right. I contacted their customer service and they were so nice and informative. They spent hours with me, walking through how to fix everything. By far, the best and most responsive customer service I have ever had. After two days of fixing the parts I needed, it worked. Worst printer ever. Have had nothing but trouble with it. Bought multiple replacement parts and even used the “tech support” and still the printer does not work. Told me I would have to ship it to Cali for someone to “look at it” I should have went with a different printer for the amount of money spent on it and on parts.
