It's been over 3 months and other boots didn't fare so well given a similar span of time. Apparently the boots are comfortable, true to size/fit well, and are holding up very well; no busted soles, exposed steel toe, ripped leather, etc. These are a good weight, neither the lightest or heaviest option. Good price and fast delivery. The insole may need replacement soon to restore the feel of memory foam cushiness. Will purchase again. ... show more

They feel nice and sturdy for the price and have a good amount of width, there a lil big for the size but to big. the sole it comes with though are super weird and uncomfortable, but they can be replaced and I do so with all my work shoes anyway

I like the overall design of these 977 DRKA boots , previously purchased size 8.5,too tight even with insole replacement) purchased size 9 replacement no size issues,they are sturdy,can be laced& unlaced easily,water proof, puncture proof.That said my issues are with the sizing chart lack of width information,the steel toe doesn't cover all toes(this seems to be common for many manufacturers?)Fyi:size 9 better fit with provided insoles,I usually wear size 8.5 x wide in Skechers utility boots.So 3.5 to 4*'s boots with room for some improvement Returning the 8.5's "THANKS Amazon Liberal return policy!! All shoe/boot sellers should be required to post the length/width in English understandable terms inches & cm/mm.See Spiez website for comparison,was able to make a first time right purchase because of clear complete information! ... show more

Absolutely hands down the best boot I have ever owned. I've had them all from Redwing to wolverines and these have held up better and kept my sore feet and lower back problems away. First of all these look great for being such a great price. And they were comfortable right out of the box. I like the wider toe box and the protective rubber toe cap like the Keens i usually wear, but these are lighter. The reflective strip is a nice touch as well, as well as the aggressive bottoms. Wore them for a day out in the cold and they kept my feet warm and dry. The boots are true to size and are about a medium/wide width. The insoles that come with are comfortable. Only 2 dislikes but that doesn't deserve less stars. My feet to slide around on the insoles with socks, and the rubber is not stick or tacky like higher priced work boots. But still offer good grip. All said and done, great boots for the price. Would definitely buy another pair. ... show more

    • Protect Your Toes!

Nothing more important than protecting your feet when you have an outside job doing something related to any kind of construction or maintenance. In my case I do lots of outside work at my job with landscaping and surrounded by many heavy equipements and machinery. Love these boots, cause it's comfortable, construction material is well built for my kind of work. The traction is like driving a 4x4. The insole is very comfortable for my feet, and added comfort inserted additional for more comfort support since standing for 8 hours a day. Has a reflective srip across the boot for nighttime safety. And the price is reasonable. Received them on Tuesday 9/12 and as of 9/16 at the end of each day my feet are very happy soo far. Also easy to clean with cold water. Looking to get the same brand perhaps different kind for my motorcycle riding too in near future. Highly recomend these if looking for good not soo expensive brands. ... show more

Very nice boots however will bother your feet, definitely get a size down, I’m 10 and I had to get a 9.5 because 10 was too big. And they’re not the most comfy boots but they get the job done
