Hi, I bought this motion detection driveway alarm for my back gate. Taking the cover off for the battery's was a little trying but not that bad for the outside motion detection part. They give you an extra screw just in case and a small srew driver. The screws are very small was the difficulty. Easy to mount and adjust though. They give you the mounting screws and plastic fillers . I mounted to wood so I only used the screws. I advise to predrill with a small drill bit first. The screws will be easier to screw in. Water proof and working like a charm. I love that it alarms inside the house and you can adjust the volume and the ring tone you prefer. Very very happy. Love our driveway alarm! Nice and loud to alert me wherever I am in the house. Works from a far distance away from the receiver. Occasionally a bird flying by it will set it off, for the most part there aren’t many false alarms. Love it! Great product for the price.

works ok, a little slow on sensor time, 20 sec. waiting for IR and microwave to talk to each other. For the most part its fine.Very easy to install.high winds do set it off a little, but not a problem. I use it to watch the driveway, if it goes off then I check cameras. well worth the price, infact I am going to get one more for the back yard. one set, one sensor and one base $16, Two units, two bases and two sensors $32, 2 sensors and one base $39 ... hummm. They should sell the sensors as single units, just an idea. ... show more

First unit didn't have enough range but the seller quickly replaced it with a new unit that worked exactly as it was supposed to. Seller was quick to respond and very helpful. The new unit is perfect and the product works like a charm.

Worked fine inside the house, 20 feet from the base but does not work at all from 200 ft from the base. Have had 8 and 10 driveway alarms over the years and this is the worst. UPDATE: After the above review the seller quickly sent a message (via Amazon) wanting to address our concerns/problems. In the next contact, they asked for our name and address and they would send another unit or a refund. We did not reply to this as we were not willing to provide the information they requested. Their next contact stated they would be willing to refund directly from the order. This offer we accepted and we have been notified by Amazon the refund has been issued. Though we can't endorse this product for our use, The Bistee Store customer service immediately contacted us after our review and kept contacting us until we were satisfied by receiving our refund. Great concept, but inconsistent motion detection. Yes occasionally it sees a dust devil- or in our cases a vortex of autumn leaves blowing in the wind, but It has missed several cars and people. Yes it does see deer...sometimes. I relocated it to a higher angle on the other side of the driveway, but just is not consistently notifying when a vehicle or person crosses its beam. A taste of what the technology and simple execution can do, but a let down in consistency and reliability. ... show more

I’m not comfortable with somebody being at my front door when I had no idea that they were even around. I have a camera system that’s supposed to alert you, but many times no alert so I decided to go simple and old-school and see what happens. Love this product. It was easy to install on a tree, it has different sounds, and different charms to alert you, and my base is very far from the tree where it is installed and works wonderfully. Great range.
