I actually love my new showerhead with a handle-held shower. It was very easy to install and very reasonably priced. I needed this item because I was having surgery and would require the handheld shower to assist me. There are only issues. I wish they had the diverter somewhere on the handheld or had a drop-down bar below the main showerhead. Please have the manufacturer consider this for future development. be I do have one issue that needs to be addressed: THE CAUTION WHEN USING! USE CAUTION when removing the handheld shower head from the wall cradle. The clear plastic device that holds the cradle to the handheld shower "is well secured to MY wall." HOWEVER!.. the SILVER PLASTIC CRADLE MOUNT that holds the handheld shower in place head CAN UNEXPECTEDLY COME OFF WHILE SHOWERING. tHE DIRECTION THAT CLEAR PLASTIC SHOW THE OPENING TO MOUNT THE SILVER CRADLE TO BE FACING UPWARD INORDER TO SLIDE INT THE CLEAR MOUNTING DEVICE. IT LOOKS SECURE ... BUT "DOES NOT" LOCK IT IN PLACE WHEN PICKING UP THE HANDHELD FOR USE. THIS IS A MANUFACTURING ISSUE THAT ISSUE that can be easily improved. I recently moved from an apartment to a home which has been an incredible upgrade, except for the shower. I shower 2x a day and was so disappointed with the water pressure at the new house. I went out on a limb and decided to try out this shower head and I am blown away! 1) it was easy to install (I’m a woman with no experience in installing stuff like this) 2) the water pressure is probably 4x stronger with this new head! Easy to install. No tools needed. I installed in fifteen minutes. The instructions were easy to follow. Due to my existing shower arm, I had to remove the lock nut. After this step, it work beautifully. If showers are your go-to for relaxation at home, this is the product for you. The rainfall showerhead has the right amount of pressure and feels like an at-home spa treatment. This is a good affordable option if you need a shower head. It’s extremely easy to install and I like the “water fall” effect. It is a plastic type of material. Which means it will probably not last anywhere near what a stainless steel shower head would. -The shower head has a switch at the top to change it to the handheld but it is very hard for me to reach in my shower personally.. also when I attached my wall bracket it fell off pretty quickly. The handheld does have 3 different modes which is nice I just wish it would allow you use both at the same time. This product is really nice when you are cleaning your shower and if you have dogs, giving them a shower with the handheld is very useful! ... show more

I have bought this shower head twice for 2 different apartments and I love it! Love the look, how easy to install and the price!!!! Can't get any better than that. Yes, it's made from plastic but my previous one I had for 2 years before I moved out and did not break. Unfortunately you cannot use both at the same time but the description clearly says it so I was expecting that. Clearly some people do not know how to read here. Perhaps you can purchase a different diverter so you can use both shower heads at the same time if you'd like. The suction of the smaller shower head is strong. You need to make sure you clean the area first, let it dry really well, place the suction and after 24 hours you can insert the smaller shower head into the suction holder and you won't have issue. If you have low water pressure, this will not be your savior! That's a prior plumbing problem, not the shower head! If it's leaking, you probably did not install the Teflon tape correctly! As I said before, I have purchased this item twice for different apartments and bathrooms and none of them have leaked! If you follow the instruction guide provided, you will not have an issue at all!! I definitely recommend this item. We love it!! ... show more

It was ok I bought it for my mom and the water pressure was too hard and it broke the hose because the water pressure was going to harden. I don’t know how and the holes in the popping up and breaking so we end up replacing the whole hose I meant hose water hose. 😅 well
