Delivery was great. Box was in good shape. All the pieces were there and in good shape. It took me about three hours to build it, and I have experience with this sort of thing. The instructions could definitely be better, but they’re not terrible. Had to take some of it apart and put it back together after putting pieces in the wrong places. The keyboard shelf was the most difficult part to build, but I finally figured it out. One thing to warn about is getting grease on your hands after handling the shelf slides. The box was all beat up when it was delivered. I thought we would find missing pieces because the corners were opened and not sealed. The desk came in over a week late. The desk itself is very nice once together. However, the instructions weren't very good. Took alot longer to build than I wanted. And please DONT use a drill to try and save time. Screws they use are cheap and round out super easy.

Great product, but BEFORE you put any screws in, be SURE to lay the frame out to be sure you have the directionality right. I'm very good at putting together things like this and it took me 45 minutes. (I had to take one side apart and remount because I had the frame sides backward)
