The reviews of many cribs express how they come damaged and the process of getting replacements. I took note that every crib I looked at had those reviews. When I got my crib I knew to expect imperfections and it did indeed come with two small imperfections. But I’m sure by the time my child and maybe future child (if that ever happens) get their use it’ll be covered in flaws. One flaw is visible but it’s so tiny it doesn’t really bother me enough. The other is bigger but hidden from plain sight. Building this wasn’t hard to figure out. What’s hard is not paying attention to the little details and I messed up every step because I didn’t pay attention and had to redo almost everything. I regret not waiting for my boyfriend to build it because after I built it without him he said he thought he could build it in 20 minutes when it took me almost 2 hours with breaks. I wish I could magically undo the crib without actually unbuilding it so I could time him. He delivers and builds furniture for work. I ordered the toddler rail as well just so I’ll have it in the future and I won’t have to worry if they still make it. It took much longer to ship to me but once again it’s for the future anyways. ... show more

    • Yes, it's more expensive than other cribs but it's worth the money
It's very pretty. There were a few scuffs on it that appeared to be from the transit but it wasn't noticeable enough to make an issue out of it. I bought the Hollywood conversion kit for it too so that I can transition my daughter to a full sized bed when she's ready. I'm a single dad, and was able to put it together entirely by myself. I even disassembled part of it and put it back together in another room with no issues. Very sturdy and safe crib. The only downside is that if you're looking for matching furniture, there are very few options so you'll need to find a good carpenter locally to make a full bedroom set. We really like this crib. Overall it was very easy to set up and required no additional tools, besides what it came with. When set up, this is a very sturdy crib. I did not like the Brand Badge on the front/bottom/ right, and I was able to easily flip that piece around so it does not show on mine. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that this item did come with a few cosmetic damages. The headboard has some minor damages along the top and the front rail has some black marks on it (The damage isn't worth disassembling/shipping/reordering and reassembling). The quality of the crib is good and assembly was generally easy the only issue is that one part of the crib was manufactured backwards making it impossible to secure the mattress base onto the crib itself. When I reached out about it they offered 10% back and no other solutions. I inquired about just sending the correct part and they were unable to as “it’s not available to send separate parts as they are not available on our inventory” I’m unable to return the whole thing because there was still a need for the crib and I love the way it looks and because of the high demand it is on back order and unable to order or send a replacement. Easy to put together. Take your time. Install all hardware before tighten everything. Looks good. Seems sturdy. I will see how long it last. Arrived scratch free, no broken pieces. The mattress is sold seperately. This 5 in 1 crib/bed is NOT a complete set. Parts are also sold seperately when yoy are ready to convert it to a twin size bed. ... show more

I am absolutely in love with this crib!! It's perfect for our nursery. Included everything we needed to put it together, easy to assemble and very sturdy. This was the only crib I was interested in buying because I liked the style and price, but there were no reviews at the time we bought it. Then before we got it in, I saw the first review was not a good one, so it had me worried.. BUT, ours was in great condition! Also, don't be worried if the box has a hole in it at the top, I think the delivery guy couldn't move it without poking a hand hold because it's a huge box. Were so happy with it 😍 ... show more

    • Bag packing caused me to order 3 times because of damage.

I ordered this product and it came in scratched so I ordered a replacement. The replacement came in also scratched so I ordered another replacement. By the time I received the 3rd crib I took the best looking pieces from each crib and made one crib that didn’t have any scratches on it. The packaging ruined this crib the first 2 times. hopefully they fix the packaging issue so it doesn’t happen to someone else in the future. Other than that it’s a beautiful crib. ... show more
