I was skeptical at first but this is the Perfect crib for small spaces. We have a 3 bedroom home, with a 19,15,13 and 11 year old. My husband and I had a surprise baby💙 but loved all the same. But we are definitely running out of room in the house. Our 3 month old is a boy but he is just too little to bunk in with our 13 and 11 year old boys. So he will be in the room with us for a while. We purchased this crib and I am so very glad we did. At first I used it put together like a toddler day bed and just had it pushed up against my bed so I could reach him for easy night time feedings and diaper changes without having to step foot out of my bed. Now that he is rolling around and sleeping through the night we put the other side on the crib and pushed it against the wall. It looks beautiful and baby sleeps great in it. I wish I would have thought of this was back with my first 4 kids. It is definitely a multitasking item. It saved me from having to buy a bassinet and all the accessories, such as waterproof bassinet sheet and a few sets of regular bassinet sheets because I just used this in place of the bassinet and only had to purchase mattress covers and sheets for one item. Also it’s so much better than using a pack n play because you can hook a good mobile and crib toys too it. And this crib is small enough to fit nicely in my bedroom with a king size bed and also big enough to accommodate my quickly growing little man. I believe the quality is great and it will be with us for years to come. My only suggestion is to buy the 3 inch crib mattress for it because the one it comes with it quite thin. We still get use out of that as well though because we use it for a playmat on the floor since my baby loves to practice rolling over. i have nothing but good things to say about this crib. If you are thinking about buying this crib, just go ahead and get it already. You will not be disappointed! I rely heavily on reviews when I purchase items online as I know many other people do so as well. So I try out all of my online purchases for a length of time and try to give my honest, fair opinion. When we opened the box, 2 of the wooden rails were already broken. Doesn't look like it was done during shipping because they were packed in good. The broken parts were in the center of all the parts, not on the outside where it's more likely to break from being banged around. The crib is nice looking besides taking an hour to scrub off all the white stickers. Husband said it took an hour to put together. Our baby is 6 months old and we just got it because she's starting to roll. Already seems like she'll grow out of it soon. She moves from a vertical position to horizontal, so her head and feet can touch the trails at the same time. I don't like that bc I don't know if that hurts her head. Definitely get a mesh liner. Her hands and feet go between the bars and can get stuck (that's the case with any crib). I read a lot of reviews before buying and I followed the advice to buy the 3" mattress. The one it comes with is dinky. Good price but if I had to do again, I would get the regular size crib. I only suggest this size of you absolutely have no room for the regular size. I'm positive this does not work for a toddler like the description suggests. Too small. ... show more
