Before getting this chair I used an old office chair and not so comfortable for long sitting. Now with this chair it feels great where it fits the shape of your body perfectly and can be used for office work, gaming or relaxing as it can be easily adjusted. The lights are a very cool feature too but had an issue with mine(probably due to a little tugging) where the lights may or may not go on. I contacted Dox to order a replacement at which I offered to pay for since I was responsible for breaking the light cord (with the control board) and they went ahead and sent a new one without requiring me to pay. Got this for my daughter who streams for hours. Had an issue with the first chair as some of the led lights were not functioning. Contacted support with a picture of the issue and 2 days later had a replacement at my door. From the 2 shipments everything was there, no parts missing, no damage, tears or stains on the fabric. She hasn't used it for many hours yet, but the time she has used it has been comfortable for her. She is 5' 5" and about 120 lbs and loves it. I have to admit the lighting is awesome. I bought this chair for my son’s birthday. He’s on his computer every chance he gets so I wanted him to have a comfortable chair to use. This is definitely it! Putting it together was a breeze (took maybe 1/2 an hour?) and the quality is great. It’s super comfortable (my boyfriend said he wanted one for his office 😂) and the lights/massaging pillow feature are neat. Though I will say if you use the massage pillow, it is rather loud. Doesn’t bother my son at all though when he puts his headphones on. We had a small issue after we put it together, but one email (seriously just one; and it was answered at night on a weekend!) to the seller was all it took and it was resolved immediately. Absolutely will buy more from this seller in the future. HIGHLY recommend this chair!! ... show more

    • Arrived late and is missing parts, seems like a good chair, though.
Package arrived late and was missing the tracks that hold the footrest to the chair. Seller claims to have contacted the factory to request the parts. All the hardware seems nice and well made. Thick metal. Wheels feel nice and smooth. The cables for the lights and the massage pillow are pretty short to have plugged into a computer, so maybe a rechargeable backup battery slid into the pocket on the back of the chair would be a better option for the power source. All in all, as long as I get the missing parts, I think it is a good deal, and a good product. ... show more

Talk about easy to assemble! No cheap screws in a bag, no bare bones instructions, etc. This was pretty much good to go immediately. Screws were already in place to where they needed to be. My wife wanted to try and put it together and did so in about 20-30 minutes easily. The chair is super comfortable, lights up amazingly, easy to use remote, and easily reclines. Recharges through USB for the lights. I've bought a lot of different gaming chairs throughout time and this one I can definitely say is my favorite. A+! ... show more
