What I ordered and received was a grey, full size duvet insert/comforter. It's 100% polyester filled and very light weight. I went to check the listing again to see if I was wrong and it was only meant to be an insert and find the listing is for a White, king size goose down comforter. This is not what I ordered or received so I will be reviewing the one I got. It's quite suitable for warmer months but not really for winter. It's not really suitable for a stand alone comforter. Instead of having ornamental stitching to keep the fill in place it has little 3-4 inch sections that don't seem to be in any pattern. At least not an attractive pattern. Again I checked the listing link to make sure it was advertised as a comforter and not just an insert but the link now goes to a completely different product so I can only go by memory. ... show more

This is a really nice summer weight comforter! I have a down alternative comforter that is about twice as thick as this one and was thinking that as the weather is getting warmer that I would need something less.... robust. I ordered this one and am not disappointed in the least! It's really, really soft! The fabric has a high thread count and is buttery soft to the touch and feels wonderful on your skin! It is still a pretty fluffy comforter, even if not as much as my usual one, so I still get that snuggly, cozy feeling I love so much from a comforter. The price is great, too! This comforter is super soft to the touch and fluffy. It is by far the most comfortable comforter that I've ever owned. It says it's designed to keep you cool even in the summer, but that is not true.
