Overall this is a decent chair and I think worth the value. But it was not right for my needs so I returned it. First of all, it is small-medium size. I posted a picture because a lot of folks claimed it was small but I saw no photos of an adult male sitting in one. I am 5’11” and 160 lbs. It is just wide enough for me to be comfortable but if I was overweight it would feel tight. My main concern was with the height. As another reviewer mentioned, taller adults will have to mount the head pillow on top of the chair and not through the holes where it is designed. With this modification it is barely big enough for me. If I was any taller I’d say no way. The sturdiness of the chair is a 7/10. I didn’t have any squeaks like others mentioned but the arm rests did seem a little wobbly. The chair felt sturdy enough for me but it is lighter duty. If someone was over 200lbs it might feel pretty marginal. I think if I kept it I would have to baby it. Such as not plop down in it too hard and just treat it delicately. Comfort was okay. The lower seat is stiff but others report a break in period. I did not keep it long enough to find out. It does seem like there is enough padding there but it is just stiff padding. So those claims have merit I think. The back has little padding and the lumbar pillow and neck pillow would be mandatory IMO. Without the lumbar pillow your lower back would ache immensely because it has a concave design there. Without the neck pillow the seat back is just too stiff. But I think this is expected of gaming chairs. The instructions are clear and it should not take you more than 30 minutes to assemble. Overall Dowinx seems like a very reputable company. Everything seems very professional. The color is beautiful and the material feels great. That’s the only thing that made it hard to return. If it was bigger and had a little more padding in the back, I would have kept it. The four star review is mostly because I think it is smaller than it should be and in the photos it looks like it would fit an adult male easily. I really wanted to like this chair and I can tolerate it, but in a few months I feel I would regret not having more room to relax in it. It barely fits my body. I hope my review helps others trying to make a decision and struggling with the same concerns. ... show more

Chair has a pillow that you strap to the chair that has its own mini massage machinery (easy to replace with your own if needed). Chair can be locked in a position if you wish to lay or lean back at ease. Chair has a pullout for you to rest your legs. Product arrived with no surprise dents or tears. No missing parts. I decided to go with this chair because I like the fact it wasn’t made of faux leather. I have my setup in the basement. The soft fabric doesn’t feel cold like faux leather does. It probably took me around 20 mins to assemble. I took my time and wanted to make sure things were right. It wasn’t a hard chair to build. It reclines pretty far back. I’ve sat in this for hours and felt no discomfort. The massage pillow is a nice touch as well as the neck pillow. If you recline back and adjust both pillows you could easily fall asleep. The foot rest is well built and a welcome addition. All in all I’m happy with my purchase. I can’t really think of any complaints. Overall the chair is very comfortable for the price with plenty of cushioning and great neck and lower back support with the included pillows. I question the build quality in general due to the rapid “wear in” after assembly but we will see. The most apparent of that being the loud click/clunk the chair makes with most movement. It is also developing a slight wiggle in any side to side motion. I have checked to insure that all screws were properly tightened which they were but now the included Alan wrench is very misshaped and is very hard to use. The armrest cushions have compressed a lot but are still very comfortable. The gray fabric develops a lot of pills in high touch areas but was easily fixed with a fabric shaver. In short it is a great product for the price but I am unsure of the longevity and or usability in the future. ... show more

Beautiful chair, so comfortable. I bought this as my first gaming chair because I recently just got back into gaming a lot, and it was recommended by a friend, and when I tell you the material is solid and it’s so comfortable, it is. Although it’s a lot of money I say its worth it because not only does it come with a little back massager but you can lean all the way back and lay your feet up.
