The comfortability, the massage and the support and the foot rest is unmatchable to any chair I’ve sat in. I will say the foot rest does have a little flexibility and seems slightly flimsy but if your hand and head smart you could make it better. Chair has a pillow that you strap to the chair that has its own mini massage machinery (easy to replace with your own if needed). Chair can be locked in a position if you wish to lay or lean back at ease. Chair has a pullout for you to rest your legs. Product arrived with no surprise dents or tears. No missing parts. The setup: I had a physically fit, 6-foot-tall friend help me put this together and the base took FOREVER to assemble. The constituent parts just would not go in, even after he literally stepped on the base. The manual and video were no help in this regard. The armrests: I'm not sure who finds these well-padded but contrary to all the positive reviews, the armrest cushioning is quite thin and stiff. The fabric: I have no real issue with this other than the fact that it stains VERY easily. I had a tiny bit of moisturiser on and it immediately stained the armrest. I have yet to wash the cushion covers and will update review to indicate whether they shrank or pilled. The seat: I hadn't realised when I made this purchase how unnecessarily high and uncomfortable the sides are. Why are they like this? We may never know. What I do know is that I am petite and this god-awful chair keeps digging into my thighs. The wheels: Much the fabric, they are meh. They don't glide very well, even on vinyl floors. The footrest: Total joke. I bought this thinking that being designed for 'guys', it would be a bit wider and heftier, and therefore more comfortable. You have to keep your legs pressed together otherwise you fall off the footrest and/or crush your thighs into the aforementioned sides. The durability: From the moment I first sat in it (I am well under the 220-lb limit), I could hear all sorts of creaking and popping sounds any time I moved slightly. I knew I wasn't getting the highest quality chair for under $200 but what really disturbs me, is the fact that after only FIVE MINUTES of plugging in the so-called massage lumbar pillow (which you cannot control btw, you have to either plug it in directly to turn it on or pull the USB out to turn it off and there are no levels of intensity), it started to get really warm and smell really strongly of foam (there was no smell up until this point). So thank you, Dowinx, for sending me a toxic fire hazard. The price: this mediocre chair went on sale the week after I bought it and honestly, were it not for the fact that I have neither the time nor the energy to struggle to disassemble this one AND put together another one, I'd return this POS in a heartbeat. Verdict: if you can afford better, don't waste your time or money on this chair. I only settled on this one after seeing it recommended for those with EDS. DON'T DO IT! Downgraded review by another star for awful customer service: I requested a replacement for the defective pillow and they asked me to send photos or video to illustrate OVERHEATING AND ODOUR. ... show more

It was certainly an upgrade from the literal piece of garbage I was using before, so please understand that while skimming this review. This chair was the perfect fit for my frame and weights, it being 6', 225lbs. The firmness is just right, although I don't always like overly cushy things to sit on because I don't like the feeling of sinking while I'm trying to work or play games. Perfect width for me, the pillows are a nice touch, even if the vibrating back pillow is underused by me, it doesn't do much more than tenderize my back, which I guess can be useful. It's nice, but not like a real massage chair. I love the leg rest! It's a good length for my legs, and I love that I can full-on lay down in this chair. Perfect. I think it's really comfy! It fits me very well and it's smooth. Also, it's exceptionally simple to assemble! Not a ton of screws to fiddle with, and everything else just slips right in to place. The smooth fabric is also nice. That's just my preference though, but I do gotta say, the fabric is a good one. I think this is s great chair for it's price! ... show more
