My wife was running around the house aimlessly. Couldn’t figure out what was going on. She finally came to me with her hand over her head in an ice bag in her hand. She had tried on an old ring and got it stuck on her index finger. I mean stuck stuck, we tried to get the ring off all the ways. Soap. Ice. All the old fashion ways ,then I remembered I had a new tool kit in the back of my truck. I knew they were inexpensive tools. I didn’t have much hope ,but I found a pair of diagonal cutters. I figured for sure that they would break. They did not. They did a fantastic job of cutting my wife’s ring off of her finger. When I felt something snapped in my hand, I assumed that it was the pliers handle, but it was the ring that snapped in half. these tools are legit. Bought this just to have the basic tools one needs for quick repairs inside the house without having to run out to the (non-attached) garage in whatever weather and unlock my main tool box. All the basics are in here, quality is descent enough for the amount of use they will get and the only thing missing (a glaring omission) is an adjustable (crescent) wrench.
