I purchased a new fishing net set for my dad for christmas, but the company sent me the right pole but the wrong net, and rather than returning I bought this rubber net to put it on and replace the net with - suprisingly this is the same style of net sold by that manufacturer! These are much much better for the fish compared to standard nylon netting, and "slippery" as well - a good thing if you want to get the fish out of your net. Most of these are actually made in a certain country abroad and remarketed under different brands, is what I learned. So I actually saved money. ... show more

The rubber was significantly thinner than my previous rubber net that lasted nearly 20 years. Also, the diameter was smaller than the specs show. It broke the first time I used it. Love the clear color however and will replace it with another clear rubber net.
