I was originally looking for two ultra slim cases for a long trip. I wanted my glasses protected and didn’t want them to take up a lot of room. I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted and then I stumbled on this case. It isn’t slim, but it does comfortably hold two pairs of glasses with a cleaning cloth in each side and the foot print isn’t much larger than a normal glasses case. For the sake of a small purse this isn’t a great choice. However, for travel it was very convenient, I didn’t need to keep track of two cases. The sides are slightly different colors, if you have two different types of glasses you can tell them apart easily. The magnetic clasp worked well for me. I either leave it in a night stand or keep it in a back pack, admittedly it isn’t being bumped a lot or in high use areas. However, the case has never just fallen open. I would highly recommend this for anyone with two pairs of glasses. ... show more

Since I wear prescription glasses, I always carry spare ones when I travel. I need two pair: regular and sunglasses. This little case packed easily and protected my spare glasses in the suitcase. This is virtually the only dual case I could find, which wasn't so bad because it was simple and seems to be made well. I really do like this case, it fits my readers perfectly, however my sunglasses are *barely* too long. I measured the inside of the case lining to be 144mm (5.66 inches), slightly smaller than the listing, but I think that may be because the listing doesn't include the lining part as part of the measurement. Personally, I'm not a big sunglasses snob, so I can find some slightly smaller ones for the sake of being able to use this. So, every once in a while you find something on Amazon that is so simple but perfect for what it’s needed for. This is one of those things. I have two pairs of glasses, one progressive for all around and driving, and one pair readers. I didn’t want to have to carry around two cases so a quick search and I found these. It’s sturdy (though the covers are made of covered aluminum, so note they can bend with a little use- easily bent back, but should have some kind of frame around), and easily holds two pair of glasses. Though note: my glasses are thin wire frames. If you had bigger or thicker frame glasses, they may not fit. Mine do perfectly though, even one wrapped in a cleaning cloth. For best fit, I found putting them in top first so they’re upside down fits them in snug. Definitely recommended if you’re looking to keep clutter down and keep your glasses safe. ... show more

I tried putting four different pairs of glasses in this case, three of mine and one from my wife. None of our glasses could completely fit in the case, and none of them were large or oversized (aviator sunglasses, for example). I have two pairs of glasses and was quite happy to find one case that can hold both. The glasses fit very well in their own compartment. The case fits nicely in my purse. The magnetic strip that holds the case covers closed is not overly strong, but does the job. It does not flop open, so your glasses are secure. The area for your glasses is large and deep enough that you can fold up a microfiber cloth and put it in with your glasses. It is lined to help prevent scratches. If you have one pair of glasses, you could use the other side for you a small bottle of glass cleaner, if you wish. The case comes in several colors, so you have options. Price is right, too.
