The media could not be loaded. I received the 60ft string of outdoor lights and I'm not disappoint! This strand contains 15 bulbs spaced 3 ft a part totalling 60 ft total. The strand itself is black and has the protective coating on it that makes it ideal for outdoor use. I believe this strand of lights will work fine whether under a covering, hanging along a deck, or completely uncovered outdoors. One of the nice features with this strand are the bulbs. They are plastic and per the manufacturer 'shatter proof'. They do seem to be pretty sturdy- I unintentionally banged them around a bit on my deck when I was hanging them and they were completely fine. Another great feature is the ability to change the color and brightness of the bulbs. There are three different colors to pick from: an incandescent yellow color, an incandescent-like white, and a LED bright white. You can adjust the brightness as well (25% up to 100%). There are options for how many minutes you want your lights on, if you want a fade option, and also the ability to turn the lights on/off. You can easily do all of this from the included remote. I love the incandescent yellow color and initially had them set for 75% but after seeing how well they work I bumped the brightness down to 50% as it provided a nice, soft glow. The remote is really a huge plus as well. You can leave the strand plugged in and control everything with the remote. A final nice feature of this set is that some hanging hooks and zip ties are included. Everything you need to install these lights is included in the box. Since I wanted to hang mine from my deck railing I used some Christmas lights hangers because 60ft was just a bit too long. I was able to clip up the extra space in the strand to make it work for the length of my railing. You get one replacement bulb with this set too! Overall, I give this item 5 out of 5 stars. Its really a great value for the cost. Being able to control the color and brightness with a click of the remote is perfect! I've already recommended this set to some family members.     • NICE LOOKING, Nice Settings, 3 colors. Low Power, Light Weight construction. Memorizes settings

The lamps have a inch and ¼ ? long element that decorates/lights the inside of the bulb nicely. It has a bunch of L.E.D. dots running down it. Half of them are warm AMBER/Yellow color and the other half are the Cool BLUISH WHITE color. (for some reason usually called “Daylight” color) “STRANGELY” when you combine the 2 colors, that seems to be dimmer than the colors individually? The POWER/CONTROL box is nice because it has a button on is so you can select between the “3 colors”. You can also select if it FADES Between the 3 Colors or if it FLASHES between the 3 colors. All the lights on the strings/strings will be the same color, same flash/fade mode. They all change at the same time. With the Remote you can also select 4 preset levels f 25% 50% 75% or 100% BRIGHTNESS. It also and brightness Plus & Minus Controls on remote that will set Brightness in 8 steps. DOES NOT seem to control the speed of Flash or Fade change. The remote can also select auto of time Off functions. The ”warm color” is a bit more Amber/Yellowish than I was expecting, BUT STILL VERY NICE. WHAT IS NICE IS that when your turn the light OF AND ON WITH A WALL SWITCH IT REMEMBERS THE SETTING YOU HAD THE LIGHTS SET TO BEFORE TURNING OFF THE LIGHTS. (At least in the short duration of time during my test for this review.) The CABLE ON THEM feels “good” A little “plasticy” but still a Little Bit of “rubber flex” to it. It is Thinner than what I was expecting. Kind of an “in-between quality, NOT bad, but also not great heavy duty quality thickness/materials. Just right there in the “middle” with quality? (but who knows, maybe this is a new more sun resistant material that I don’t currently know about?) I have had lights with Heavier and more “rubbery feeling” cables on them. But then again these are only L.E.D. lights. They are only like 7.5 watts per strand. So all total ONLY 15 WATT POWER USE for the Entire 120 foot run of lights. A NICE POWER SAVINGS. Low Voltage and low power, Kind of a nice electrical cost and safety “thing”. THESE LIGHTS LOOK GOOD HAVE SOME NICE LIGHTING OPTIONS. THEY MEMORIZE SETTINGS AND PROVIDE A nice look some extra light to the “backyard”. THEY DO HOOK TOGETHER TO RUN IN SERIES WITH EACH OTHER OFF THE SAME POWER SUPPLY. Or you can bust them up and put a 6O foot run in another spot with its own power supply. OR IF YOU RUN THEM TOGETHER OFF THE SAME POWER SUPPLE… NOW YOU HAVE A BACK UP POWER SUPPLY. 😊 THESE ARE NOT FOR STRINGING ALONG A SMALL PATIO. The lights are strung “3 feet apart. If you have a patio that is only “10 feet long” you are only going to see “4 lights at most” along your patio eves. THESE ARE FOR LONG PATIOS AND “MOSTLY” FOR RUNNING BACK AND FORTH OUT AROUND A BACK YARD. FOR A SMALL PATIO/Backyard you definitely want to get a strand with the lightbulbs closer together. THEY LOOK GOOD AND ARE NICE TO HAVE. WHEN NEW FOR SURE. The sockets are pretty snug up against the “bulbs” (they may bet a bit stuck with use out in the weather? The plastic bulbs feel pretty sturdy and look good. “ONLY CONCERN” Will be how the cord/cable holds up out in the sun and cold and to SEE IF THE “CLEAR BULBS” WILL STAND UP TO THE SUN HERE IN THE DESERT AND NOT TURN Yellow and Brittle, Crack and break. These came in a box where they were just kind of “tossed into bags. One with in the bag, one strand was mostly hanging out of the bag. Both strands of lights already had their power supplies attached to them. I don’t know if this is normal or if someone had opened the box or if this normal. There is NO GLASS in the box all just plastic. So no big deal over all but a couple if light bulbs did look a little “grunged” up or buffed up. NO BIG DEAL I guess, they are just meant as Over Head Decoration lights to provide a little glow around them. IN THE BOX ARE 2 strands of lights, ( have not measured them.) 2 Remotes and they both worked. Strangely the “contents sheet” does Not mention the 2 power supplies. Min has 10 Wire Ties. 2 Spare Bulbs and what looks like 5 Screw In Eyelet/Cup Hooks. APPARENTLY I AM MISSING HALF OF MY HOOKS. So I am thinking this was an open box that somebody messed with? It says that there is supposed to be a “Users Manual” also. I do not have a manual just the small but adequately sized ‘contents sheet” piece of paper that actually has all the info I need on it anyway. BUT IT IS NOT CLEAR if the Power supply is waterproof. I think it should be basically waterproof or very water resistant. The lights screw on to it with a connector that has a rubber O-ring seal on it… But sheet of paper says something about the remote not being waterproof. The do not look like anything “heavy duty and I would not really expect them to be waterproof. Seems like something you should not have to tell people? (Ah probably good to say.) And sometimes I have seen companies refer to the power supply/controller as “remote”. They do not mention the power supplies in the “contents sheet” so I don’t know… But I think they are waterproof/WATER REISTANT by where they are made to go and the screw on connecters with O-rings. The boxes on the power supplies/controllers look like they are sealed up pretty tight. ... show more

60 ft length of rope lights. Note, this can't run longer than 2 strings. In my attached images, I show a myriad of things, like what the hook looks like at the top of each light to the remote control instructions/options. So I won't get into much detail on that, since you can read it for yourself - but the options are pretty cool, not only the 4 brightness settings to timer options, which is also perfect (30, 60, 120 and 240mins). There's a switch on the string too, just in case the remote is not handy. The brightness of this is variable from 2700, 4000 and 5000K color temps. And, using the remote you can dim it from 100 down to 25%. There's 15 lights on this 60ft string - thus the standard 4 ft apart. You can see in one of the diagrams the exact measurements, just in case you have a project that needs those details. I really like the thought behind this product, especially from the remote control point of view. The only advice I would have given is to have a few more timer settings. I'd love to have a few longer options. In one of my pics, you'll see they supply self screw in hooks so you can hang them off of that. I've been using the poles that are popping up more an more to string them from where I don't have something to attach the string to. You need some rope lights, but don't want to have to go out and switch them on at a wall/post switch, this is the product for you! ... show more

Not bright for big spaces at all. I'll leave the ones I have up but returning the other set purchased. That would make 4 strands and it's still not brought enough for my space. Remote works fine. Nice to have. Made well.
