So overall, I love the desk especially for the price. The one issue is where the one support beam is. I ALWAYS smash my knee on it. Also my chair is to high to push under the desk even when it’s at its lowest setting.

This product has exceeded my expectations both in terms of the design, and assembly. To start with, the product was shipped with really good packaging, which was proven out when I accidentally dropped the darn thing off my hand truck. All the parts survived the impact perfectly. Opening the box revealed really clear assembly instructions, with every part labeled and matching the instructions. It took a couple of hours to assemble, but there was no confusion, or missing parts. After assembly, I was impressed with how good the desk really looks, and how sturdy the whole thing is. No swaying or flexing. The lift portion of the desk is the weakest point, but it works very well. I can imagine that if it is put to constant daily use, there will be some loosening of the wood screws that secure the mechanism, but that can be mitigated if needed. I highly recommend this product. Product is not the width stated. Short side about an inch longer than stated. Does not fit in area I needed it for. Fairly easy assembly, sturdy desk. Just not accurate size.

    • Instructions are horrible.
Seems to be a decent desk fairly sturdy and the work surface looks nice. However the instructions are just vague pictures that are hard to see. The fasteners have a different head at every step so you have to switch screwdriver heads each time which is kind of a pain when you are trying to hold the pieces together for assembly. I've assembled all kinds of furniture and have never run in to this problem before. It was very frustrating to put together overall. ... show more
