I got this a couple months ago and it is easily one of the best purchases I've made regarding my car. I make more than a few road trips a month and this has come in clutch a few times. Was able to jump not only my car once, but a buddy of mines who's battery went out while we were in the woods cause he left the lights on. its super small and portable, easy to use, easy to charge and has its own little case where it can fit in a small compartment in the car or truck. This jump starter unit is nicely built and comes with a semi-rigid case that holds the jump starter and its cables neatly. The case is small enough to fit under a car seat for storage. It has a flashlight built into it that isn’t super bright, but if you are stuck on the side of the road at night it is certainly better than nothing. You turn the flashlight on and off by holding the power button down for a few seconds. The jump starter is easy to use, you just connect the cables to it, then connect the cable clips to the battery and then you can immediately try to start your car. One of the issues with it is it doesn’t reset automatically after a single use. You have to press the reset button on the plastic module that the cables are connected to. There is a red LED inside that plastic module, when you hit the reset button, it’ll turn green and then you can try to start again. I’ve had other jump starters that automatically reset, so this is kind of annoying to have to get out of the car and reset it and then get back in to try again. The other feature I have seen on other jump starters that this one doesn’t have a digital readout of the jump starter voltage. It does have 5 LEDs on the side of the unit that indicate how much battery percentage is left on the jump starter, so it’s better than nothing but a digital readout gives you a better feel for how much power is left. I bought this to keep in my car for emergencies. I have not had to use it on a dead battery yet, I tested it to see how it works but it was on a healthy battery. I've been waiting to review to actually try it but haven't run into a dead battery yet. So I will give my review of the physical product for the time being and update in the future when I get the opportunity to use it. It's a very light jump box, and pretty small. I like the carrying case it came in and would fit anywhere in a car, I especially like the size as I can carry it in a motorcycle saddle bag for road trips. I am not sure how much juice it can provide, for something this small I would expect good performance for a small engine (motorcycle/atv/utv or similar). It will be interesting to see how it might perform on a full size car or truck. For now, I would recommend just for the ease of carrying it with you. ... show more

This is a neat little jumper. I got it for the sole purpose of keeping something in the trunk that was small & compact so as to not take space away from other things that may be more immediately effective. I plugged it in as soon as I opened it to make sure it would be charged in the unlikely event I needed it. The thing you gotta know about me, dear reader, is that I am just a shade above paranoid about most things. When it comes to driving- the thing they teach us to do during puberty and never test us again, the thing where any Tom(he/him), Dick (She/her) and Harry (they/them) can captain the helm of a one ton machine moving at speeds that no biological entity could ever hope to achieve on their own, machines powered by hundreds of controlled miniature explosions mere feet from the faces of it's operator(s). These same machines all clustered together moving at mile-a-minute speeds ,the only thing preventing all out chaos and anarchy on these roads is the unspoken agreement that no one is going to cross over those painted lines without flashing an orange light at them (a rule broken as often as it isn't). Yeah, I am worried about that. So when it comes to being prepped for it, I am pretty well covered on that front. If the time should ever come when I need the Doorii Car Jump Starter, 1500A Peak (Up to 7L Gas/5.5L Diesel) Car Battery Charger Jump Starter, 12V Battery Booster Pack with Quick Charge, Jumper Cables, Storage Case for my car battery as opposed to an oversized iPhone charger, then I'm prbobably already screwed. I have a 2.3 liter 4 cyllinder. That battery is seven years old and still going ok, but to be sure I tried this jump starter both reversed polarity and correct polarity directly to the disconnected terminal. The engine fired up strong without a battery! Next, I did the same on a 4.0 liter 6 cyllinder, to the terminal off the battery. It also fired the engine up like it was a full size, brand new, fully charged battery! You can charge this jump starter with the included USB-C from a phone charger (might take awhile!), your car USB port or anything else USB. Plug the black connector with the clamps into the port under the black rubber cover with a car on it, connect to your battery terminals and expect a flashing red and green alternating flash in a display on the black connector. If you're connected in reverse a tone will sound continuously until you get it right. I hear a relay inside the jump starter click. If your vehicle doesn't start unplug from the jump starter and plug back in. Directions are on a sticker on the plug, but they're a little confusing. Not bad for a device I carried out there in my pants pocket! Oh ... and it has a very nice case! ... show more

Couldn't connect the wire terminal due to the contacts being inside the body (check photos). I think there's no Quality check in to verify each piece is functional before shipping.

Iv used a few of these before this one is abit lighter than my others. It didnt have any trouble starting my 4 and 6 cylinder vehicles but only on a full charge my truck with a completely dead battery on the other hand and i will add it was extremely cold only got through about one revolution before giving up. For light duty stuff i think this would be fine but im not sure if id make this my emergency one. ... show more
