This bed overall was amazing at first - now at only 2 years old the top step snapped right in the middle and stripped the side supports, causing the bottom step to break as well. A bed should last more than 2 years.

    • Missing Bag of Screws and pieces!

I wouldn’t be able to tell you because the boxes were missing the screws, plates, pieces to connect the whole thing together. So am I supposed to go to the hardware store and try to find all of the pieces with my two toddlers?
